I ultimately had regrets because I was left with scar tissue and faded tattoos on my hands, but I knew one day I would find the right artist to cover them up. After a lot of research, I eventually found that artist, who was Brayden Beardsley. I had no idea what to expect, since this was going to be a cover up. After seeing his work I had full confidence that he was going to do something beautiful. I made the appointment, and immediately he started working on the drawings. He kept my original hand tattoo concepts but tweaked them to make them better. You know you have a great tattoo when you keep looking at them even weeks after getting them done. They are so beautiful and they really restored my confidence, especially since hands are the most visible part of the body. A side note, Brayden's bedside manner was great and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was super friendly and we talked about a bunch of things. He has only been tattooing for a year and he is already better than most of the artists I've seen. They will respect what you want as long as it is safe and will save you money when they can. I followed SSC on IG and began looking at the work by the talented artists that created there. The studio itself looked so welcoming and full of plants, candy bowls, and beautiful art. I knew this is where i had to start so i reached out. It began with a vine on my wrist by Miranda, then another wrapping around my Ankle by Wesley, Chels adorned me with my Fifth Element and Ghibli pieces, and Anya began the first bit of my back tattoo. She does tattooing, but they also offer piercing, naturopath, and massage. Because purple is my passion, I immediately fell in love with the restful and beautiful décor, which is very relaxing. Every artist's and therapist's station offers a different bit of personality and color to the overall eclectic atmosphere. The shop space is HUGE, with 20 stations providing services. The lovely benefit of so many creative options is that there is bound to be an artistic "fit" for what each person is looking for. This is an inclusive, co-op working space, mostly made up of females. They take great care to make everyone feel warm and welcome. By appointment only.

When I went back they told me tht was normal. Both of my arms are sleeved as is a portion of my back and this is not normal. They offered to fix it but I passed. Tht person has since left and some of the other tats I've seen look pretty good. All about giving them another chance but you sure hate to hear the artist go OOPS! Always check out their work before you commit to yourself and ask if you can watch them doing some work. Usually up to the current customer but at least ask. It's too late once it's done.
