I originally chose Rockerz and Rollerz based on the Yelp reviews. After initially having a little difficulty getting a response to my request for an estimate, once Kirby made second contact with me he was very good with communication henceforth. Kirby and Breeanne came out the first time to look at our windows and give us their recommendations. We have kitchen cabinets that also serve as windows. They are unique and beautiful, but they are directly behind our mounted TV, so the light creates a glare that made it distracting when watching daytime TV, like ballgames. In addition, we have a 20 ft. high vaulted ceiling with windows at the top, another source of glare, but not a big problem. We were provided an estimate for just the kitchen cabinet windows but also for the vaulted ceiling windows. Kirby and Brianne were very nice and had good ideas and recommendations. They were also very professional. We held off on the window treatment as we had other expenses and wanted to explore other options for those windows. After doing some further research, we decided that we wanted to go with Rockerz and Rollerz for the treatment of the kitchen cabinet windows. I contacted Kirby and he and Breeanne came out on a Saturday to show us samples so we could make our final decision on the type and level of tinting we wanted. Then, they said that they could come the next day, Sunday, to install. We were very pleased. Kirby and Breeanne showed up on time and got to work, but also took the time to review the plan. They were very personable, friendly, and professional. They did not rush. We had glass shelving in our cabinets and they were very careful removing and replacing them. They were respectful of our kitchen area and did a great job of cleaning up. The type and level of tinting were a nice compromise for us, allowing enough light in to take advantage of our unique cabinet windows, but decreasing the glare to allow satisfying daytime TV viewing. Overall, we are very pleased with Kirby and Breeanne of Rockerz and Rollerz and would definitely use them again for any future window treatments in our home, as well as recommend them to our friends and family. read more

We built a contemporary home with a lot of large glass windows. Early on, we received estimates on film for the windows. Kirby provided an estimate that was substantially less than his competitor. As important, he provided a number of options, knew a lot about bird-strike film, put samples up on our windows so we could see the differences. At that time, we weren't ready for film as we had just moved in and weren't familiar with the light patterns. 6 months later, we knew where we specifically needed film and also had discovered significant UV damage on our dining room table. Kirby responded quickly and within a week, the windows were complete. His work is meticulous--he has many years of experience, is efficient, but doesn't cut corners and is totally customer-focused. This is my second time coming to Rockerz & Rollerz, the first time Kirby and his team tinted the windows of my boyfriend's car in December and this time he tinted mine, my boyfriend and I have been very pleased since having done my his car and I couldn't be happier now that mine are done. When I purchased my vehicle it has no tint on it at all and I felt like I was in a fish bowl but now I feel so much more at ease now that I have some privacy. I also referred my boyfriend's uncle to Rockerz and Rollerz and he is also in love with how his truck looks now, his uncle drives a Ram 1500 and I drive a Fusion, I know that there was also another car in the shop getting the windows tinted as well, I mention this because we dropped both vehicles off around 9:30am and both vehicles were done by 1:30. Very happy with Rockerz & Rollerz and recommend them to anyone wanting to add window tint to cut down on glare, heat or light coming in their windows. First, owner Kirby was super responsive to my Yelp inquiry, where many other companies couldn't bother or didn't follow through with conversation. Got an immediate estimate and scheduled an in person quote where we also looked at and discussed various film options. We also got a quote from another company that was a bit less but we did not care for the film options or the sales person's communication with us. We wanted a film that reduced just 50% glare and not keeping out more than about 50" light coming in. R&R had the perfect film that was not very dark, made in USA and had a lifetime guarantee. We scheduled installation just a few weeks later. Owner & helper arrived on time and installed our selected film on four west facing windows in just a few hours.
