Getting into the arena for an event is easy and expedited well. I usually don't have to wait long in line to get through the security check and ticket line. There is a variety of seating and food stations spread throughout the arena. Getting your food doesn't take long and is quick. The availability of staff to help is abundant. Leg room in the seats is less in the upper bowl than the lower bowl. I'm 5'9" and in the upper bowl I have just enough room. They can improve by adding more escalators to and from the upper bowl. When leaving a Cavaliers game at the end of the game a long line forms to ride the escalators down. There are other ways down. The elevators are as crowded as. The stairs lead to outside and so those heading to Tower City via the walking bridge need to take the escalators unless they take the stairs, go outside, and then come back in the entrance by the stairs leading to the walking bridge. Also, the escalator that goes from the walking bridge to the arena is broken down a lot. read more

Rocket arena is massive but fairly easy to navigate as each level goes in a circle. The staff were super helpful if you had questions about navigation. One staff member even gave us a tip for the merch line and mentioned that there were additional merch stands upstairs. The food, drink, and merchandise stands were plentiful. Also a large amount of bathrooms to choose from so the ladies room line was not too bad. Our show was unusual as we had to put our phones in yondr pouches as the show was phone free. The process for this was fast and simple; including checking the phones in and out. Sound quality was great. One of the largest venues I've been to for a concert. Very well organized and clean. I do not have photos to share from inside the venue as my phone was in the yondr pouch from the time we entered until the time we left. read more

I enjoy heading to Rocket for concerts. The views are really good anywhere in my opinion. The sound is ever present for sure. Escalators and elevators are available to get guests up and down the arena. I'm not too keen on the small walking space in between the rows on the upper deck. The pricing on some of the goods is a bit much. My waters at $5.75, I got two, very needed. The staff was all very kind and helpful on entry and exit. Attended a CAVS game and really excited about the overall experience; beyond the Cavs win. The cleanliness of the arena has really improved. The different options to eat and drink are incredible. The days of eating a steamed hotdog are over. The quality and diversity of food options improves the experience. Also, extra seating options when grabbing a bite makes a big difference. One of the best venues in all of professional sports! We grew to enjoy the games so much, that we acquired season tickets to the Cavs and a 10 game for the Monsters. Rock Entertainment puts on an amazing experience, which makes even a losing game a fun, family experience. Seating is pretty comfortable and the sight lines are definitely above average. There are many different concession options and numerous locations on all levels. One of my favorite is the cheese steak waffle fries! Im going to start this by saying that this review is specifically for one staff member but overall I have to tip my hat to the entire arena and how they handle concert crowds that line up early for GA Floor shows. Ive been attending concerts for 20+ years and yesterday's Nine Inch Nails show was one of the smoothest experiences our collective fanbase has ever had. They kept the early morning queue in line and moved us inside around 3pm, and then that is when we met this Rockstar of a human being Yvonne. Her attention and care far exceeded her job title and it was noticed. We were able to use the bathrooms, escape the sun and bugs, and she even encouraged us to order food delivery while we waited for them to escort us to the floor at 6:15. In a country full of shitty arenas that dont know how to operate or handle die hard fans that camp out for a good floor spot, the Rocket Arena stands tall above the rest. I hate attending arena concerts, but now that Ive been here, Ill make the 3 hour drive to see other artists of interest since this is how they treat their guests. Not a bad seat in the house from what I could tell. Can't wait to go back for whatever they will be hosting when I'm in the area again. I attended the Ghost concert on 7/17/25 and I have to say, for the most part this place was pretty organized with the event as compared to some I've been to in the past. There is ample amounts of parking around the arena and plenty of stuff within walking distance. The arena itself had some of the friendliest staff members and the place was super clean. We have visited Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on two separate occasions for concerts. The last visit was for a Madonna concert (Feb. 2024) and before that was the P!NK concert (Nov. 2023). Great experience both times. Security is great and they keep you moving in and out. The only complaints I have is not being able to have a bottle of water (Madonna) as it was poured into plastic cups, and for P!NK you could have a bottle but not the lid. Plenty of food and beverage options and just follow the signs for the restrooms. I like the arena and would see additional concerts here. Not much of a sports fan but can only imagine it would be a similar experience in and out. read more

We just experienced The Harlem Globetrotters at Rocket Arena 12/28 with our two grandchildren. We paid dearly for seats in section 20. ROW 1. I understood these seats were not right on the court. What I didn't expect was to be seated in much smaller/shorter seats such we felt we were in a hole like reverse stadium seating angle, with the people seated courtside were at least a head above ours, totally obscuring our vision. As I looked across the court, the other side where players were seated, they all had regular Cavalier chairs with proper elevations and the ability to see OVER THE HEADS OF THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Very dissatisfied with this for the money. These seats should be half price. read more

This place has changed names / ownership more frequently (in my lifetime) than a person in whit-pro (aka witness protection.) Regardless, the renovations they added a few years back, in addition to the food options available, truly amplified our visitor experience here. We attended the Cavs game on 1/12/25 and while we had an enjoyable time yelling "defense" in the beginning, sadly the only thing we were yelling at the end was "depressed" since the Pacers took the dub. Not to the fault of the arena, but I will forever carry this sad defeat and needed to document that heartache with my fellow Yelpers. I'm not even sure how I'll be able to function for the next week with this L. It's a good thing I can confide in the Cavalier that attended the game with me as my emotional support sports companion. Regardless of this loss, venue wise, concessions were good; easy to order and food was tasty. There's a wide array of options all around the arena. Something for everyone. Everything was clean. We sat in the upper most level, a little ways down from "Loudville" aka a glorified name for "economy section" if you were flying, or "cheapest seats" for my ganstas. Still, the view was great, the seats were fine comfort wise (better than the nosebleeds at Playhouse Square - peep that review on my page .) I'd say the vibes were definitely there, with many give-aways and interesting big screen segments during timeouts. As long as you don't fall off the edge of the section and plummet down to the people below, it's all good at the Rocket. Has anyone done that before? Just curious. As I always comment on the restrooms in all my reviews, I didn't visit them during halftime, as the lines were worse than the lines at the Costco, right before a hurricane down south. Buyer beware: exiting is a little chaotic from the top mezzanine levels. Corridors were chaotic, with guests not abiding to walk on one side of the hall. The lines for the escalators were also long, but things were moving thanks to the kind staff working. Staff here was all pleasant, from entry to exit, no complaints. Overall, this place is fine for an arena. I just hope both teams had fun tonight. Heck, I hope everyone had fun. I sure still had a lotta fun. ;) read more

This place is AMAZING! I have never seen a basketball game here, I only come here for the monsters (AHL American Hockey League), and monster jam (monster trucks). They have a store for the cavs and monsters, they have food stands which I have never had, but I have had their popcorn which is really good. They have a huge screen which you can see from all sides of the arena. The hockey games are very inclusive and are always a good time. Great arena for events. Easy access getting in and out. They manage the traffic here very well! No long wait times when exiting events unlike other stadiums. They say we were here there was a basketball ball and baseball game and still the traffic flowed so well. Parking close to the stadium in the ramps will run you 40 to 50 bucks, cash or card. Arena it self is clean. Tons of entrances so never long waits to get in. A lot of local restaurants are here for eating. They also have self serve snack areas, where you can grab a water, hot dog, popcorn, candy etc, then you go scan and check out yourself. And definitely one of the more reasonable priced stadium for food and drinks. read more

I came here for a Cleveland Monsters playoff game. I was happy to be able to visit during this high charged time. The one thing I would change. Would be the time to get in to the arena. Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is home to the Cleveland Cavaliers of the NBA but I was not here to see a basketball game. No, I came here to see a Depeche Mode concert. Yes, that English electronic music band that has been rocking it since 1977. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020, they have sold more than 100 million records worldwide. I could go on but I won't. I bought concert tickets ($90 level 1 section 118) and reserved on-site parking ($20 at the Gateway East Garage) both online. You can park 3 hours in advance of the concert start time of 7:30 pm. There are bars and various restaurants scattered throughout the Fieldhouse. Celebrity Chef Michael Symons has a burger place. Most of his burgers are large and delicious and priced at $13.99. not cheap but reasonable. I bought a beer at the Great Lakes Experience. It was 20 ounces and cost $17, ouch! Their are a lot of other places to buy beer, wine, a cocktail or other alcoholic drinks including Jack Daniels and Budweiser. Another attraction at Rocket Mortgage Field is Caesars Sportsbook, a state of the art Las Vegas style bedding establishment. There are five betting windows, and 15 standing betting kiosks. I have watched too many professional sporting events to think I could pick a game spread on any given day. The updates to the arena have definitely made a difference. I love that there are way more local food options outside of the traditional concession stand fare. I believe they took away some seats, but there are a few different gathering spots where people can watch, eat, and drink away from their seats, which is nice. So, I'll never give a corporate arena that charges $18 ($16.25 that, shockingly and unlike any bar, does not include tax in the price) for a beer a five-star review, because exploiting captive audiences who have already paid for an event is fundamentally immoral. Other than that, though, this place is all right. I brought my late father here when he was in a wheelchair, and the handicap services are actually exemplary: we were able to get around with proper directions and assistance from the staff and he got to enjoy a Cavs game due to the provided access. I've been here for concerts as well, and the entry lines don't back up, the restrooms are well-serviced, and the ushers are polite and helpful. They staff adequately and the extra people are always willing to point you wherever you need to go. Getting into, out of, and around the place is simply easier than at many comparable venues. Food is, like alcohol, hugely overpriced, but there is a covenience store with some cheaper options and it's actually not hopeless for vegetarians and vegans--not a given, historically or now. To sum: even though arenas are a market niche that is known for all kinds of chicanery, RMF is one of the better players in the industry. read more

My husband and I attended a Cavs game this past Friday night and had an overall very positive experience. The facility was clean and had tons of food/beverage options. It would be nice if they offered some healthier options, but it's a sporting event, so I get it! The staff was helpful when we tried locating our seats. The big screen used to show the game is of excellent quality and emits flames as the Cavs players get announced, which is a lot of fun. There are also a lot of interactive games for the crowd during timeouts and usually a very good halftime show. I recommend getting to a Cavs game and the venue itself! read more

This was my third visit to the arena. Previous visits were for Cavs games and before the major renovations and name change. This visit I came for The F. O. R. C. E. Tour; a 50th anniversary of hip hop concert. I was in section C122, row 11, the acoustics and view were great. The lighting and special effects were such a nice touch! The renovation is a huge improvement to the arena. Everything seems more spacious, from the elevators to the seats, overall it just has a more modern, upscale aesthetic. Staff and security were friendly and helpful. I had purchased my tickets from Seat Geek and staff did not hesitate to help me with my online ticket. I did not purchase any food but I did enjoy a cocktail. Okay, two. They were a little pricey - $15, no surprise, but the bartender was generous with the alcohol and my drinks definitely had a kick. Traffic leading to the arena was completely backed up, even with multiple traffic controllers. Luckily there's a convenient parking lot directly across from the arena. It was $60. It's uncovered, well lit and had lot attendants. The only thing that caught me off guard were the restrooms. This was my first experience in a gender neutral restroom. I'm eye to eye with a man, inside the restroom. He opened the stall door and it's just he and I staring at each other. I really thought I messed up and went into the men's bathroom. Not the case. Pay close attention to the signs! I'm looking forward to going back. I've heard there's great food options. Cleveland is always a nice quick getaway! read more

We attended a wrestling Friday night smack down event here. We arrived by Uber. The property was very clean. The facility was in great appearance. Getting in was a breeze considering the large crowd. The staff members were extremely friendly. Bathrooms were also extremely clean. The event was very well run and security and seat assistance were all very helpful. We ate pizza and a meatball sub. The pizza was average and the meatballs were honestly terrible but the bread and cheese was good. The meatballs tasted like an old wet sock can be imagined to taste lol. Great handling of an event by this facility. The Uber pickup afterward was very confusing. But I'd definitely attend another event here. read more

We had a wonderful time at the Cavs game this Friday against the Pistons. Our seats were high but still a wonderful view. The layout of the field house was wonderful. There were so many places to pick to eat...big and small...as well as tons of areas to sit. The announcer, dancers, commentators, and half time performance was all wonderful.
