The concession stand prices are slightly high for a monster game. The facility is always kept clean. The staff I interact with are always friendly. My usher knows me. And we talk when I arrive. Swensons - $25 for a burger? What the helli? I could drive to the farm and go get my own burger for cheaper. -the ticket "gatekeepers" will not move. They will block your view. They're unhinged.

There is a variety of seating and food stations spread throughout the arena. Getting your food doesn't take long and is quick. The availability of staff to help is abundant. Leg room in the seats is less in the upper bowl than the lower bowl. I'm 5'9" and in the upper bowl I have just enough room. They can improve by adding more escalators to and from the upper bowl. When leaving a Cavaliers game at the end of the game a long line forms to ride the escalators down. There are other ways down. The elevators are as crowded as. The stairs lead to outside and so those heading to Tower City via the walking bridge need to take the escalators unless they take the stairs, go outside, and then come back in the entrance by the stairs leading to the walking bridge. Also, the escalator that goes from the walking bridge to the arena is broken down a lot.

He always has so much energy so I needed to find a place that would keep him busy indoors, especially during our winter months. This truly engages their creativity so they would need to build things within the water to have it travel farther along with balls being shot up in the air. While we're on the topic of parking, you can avoid the extra $$ and headache of creeping around the Flats parking lot by dropping your car in one of the other lots up the hill, most of which were $5 for the event. It's just a short walk away, the better to appreciate the breeze coming off Lake Eerie. Beyond the fences and security guards, the festival branches out into two wings along the bank. Lots of local vendors have tents set up along the eastern wing on Old River Rd, and there are plenty of places to rehydrate (with booze), provided you stop by a Ticket tent first to get your ID checked and exchange money for tickets. Which you can exchange for drinks, which you exchange for new friends and good memories. Or something like that. On the lawn on the western branch, food trucks herd like cattle next to tents with kids' activities and a good ol' fashioned state fair booth selling buckets of fries, bourbon marinated chicken, and blooming onions (which this Cali girl had never heard of!). Saturday evening, we were graced by the presence of Slyman's and La Taqueria. Some of the vendors on Saturday were definitely underprepared for the amount of people there, and before 6:30p even hit La Taqueria had run out of every meat except ground beef, Maui Shaved Ice was closed, and Coastal Taco's booth was on hold with a hangry gaggle outside as their people ran the few yards into the restaurant to restock. Surprisingly, the port-a-potties were in good condition. I imagine things went a little smoother on subsequent days, but at least you can always fall back on one of the many rooftop bars nearby when the cute babies and long lines become too much to handle.

Jumbotron does not work so 7 inning stretch and side games were not to be seen. No games on the field (like ketchup and mustard race), no t-shirts thrown out during the 7th inning. Disappointed for the first game of the season. But even with those issues, I love going just for a cheaper baseball atmosphere (vs guardians). You still need a clear backpack if you want to bring in a purse size, but diaper bags are allowed.
