This was formerly Uptown CarWash. It was my first time here since the usual gas station car wash I go to was closed. I didn't realize you have to line your left tires to their conveyor belt. Thankfully they have an operator to guide you in the process. It was $12 for a single wash but they do offer membership prices. I just don't like reoccurring credit card charges so I opted for a one time deal. Overall, a great deal and my car was sparkling clean. I would come back again and possibly get the membership. read more

Sadly, that was the worst car wash I've ever been to... Literally either the machine was broken or they're just trying to rip you off... My car was almost as dirty as when it went in. The scrubber didn't even touch the sides of my vehicle at all. What a waste of time and money. And even worse, it's filthy all over the grounds and trash cans where you're trying to vacuum out your mats... Go to Temecula car wash. They are way better. read more

I had signed up for a membership at 9.99 a month for three months, after that it would be 44.99. I put it in my calendar to call days before the cutoff date to cancel and just saw they charged me the 44.99! I'm pissed because I was so careful to get it done ahead of time and then this happened. read more

Signed up for the membership, better to do it in person as the online deal was not as good as the in person deal. The nice gentleman who was working the entry stand helped me get it sorted. Whenever I go there it is usually never a busy. The car wash is efficient, it gets the bugs and gunk off. I love the detail carts with all the detailing supplies. The vacuums always work and are very powerful. The membership is a great value as long as you come frequently. I have yet to have a problem with this location. I know others have had issues with antenna pieces going missing from the tops of their cars, but I do not have anything on the top of my car to be knocked off by the brushes. read more

I've had a membership here for over seven years. For the price of a single normal car wash, I get unlimited car washes each month. I drive out to the wineries and my car gets very dusty. I can go back and get my car washed three times a day if I want to. That's great value! Yes you might have to wipe your wheels from over shine. Big f---ing deal So what? It was not explained to me at the time of using me credit card that it would be charged monthly whether I use the carwash service or not. After three months of charging my card $9.99, the price would go up to $444.95 a month. The guy just said at the time of use that it was $9.99. I wanted to pay cash, but he said the machine wasn't working. Just watch yourselves, because now I have to go through the hassle of calling and canceling this service. read more

Crash is like most drive thru car washes. What's nice is they provide cloths and cleaning products for the inside and outside of your car. They also have a mat cleaner that's pretty cool. Don't come here expecting detailed cleaning services... get a car wash, clean your car yourself and be happy or pay more elsewhere. read more

The first, and last, time I used them, my mirror broke. I waited 10 minutes for a vacuum to no avail, I left. I filed a claim for the broken mirror. 3 weeks later, upon following up, I got a standard response, they don't cover mirrors. I will never go back. I went back to Fast 5 Express. WARNING! Really like the place and some workers, BUT had to do another review this time and warn you guys. Just got car washed at 10:30am today 8/11 and it's a good thing I decided to use their vacuum- I normally drive off after wash...LOOK AT WHAT THEIR SO CALLED "TIRE SHINE" did to my rims! Pointed it out to a worker wearing a black work shirt who then brought a guy wearing a red work shirt. His response and quoting him..."Your car sits low. It happens to my car" and "A dirty truck must have been there before you got there and got the rollers dirty". The car next to me, just had his car washed too and his rims ended up like mine...and his car wasn't sitting low. From now on, requesting that tire shine be turned off...hate to drive off after wash and have that done to my tires. read more

Do not use car wash with a roof rack. The one time they did not turn off the upper roller, our rack was completely torn off our vehicle. They will not compensate us for their mistake of not turning off the upper roller because they posted a sign saying they are not liable for damage to a roof rack. Very disappointing experience. The car wash service was so-so. You get what you pay for. I was happy for the most part with my purchase. The bad review comes from how impossible it is to cancel. Went in person to cancel, they directed me to a customer service number to call. I called and it's only open during the week. I got to their website, no help. I call during the week, I am 11th person in the queue to cancel. I've been waiting on the phone for over 45 mins. When companies make it difficult to cancel it comes off like a SCAM and pure bad business. I do expect the company to respond and reach out and compensate for this poor service. read more

Went to get a simple wash and told them repeatedly that I did not want a membership. Kept at it despite my saying no three times. My boyfriend and I came here a few months ago and signed up for a membership because it was cheaper than one wash, and they assured us we could cancel any time. My boyfriend cancelled not long after, in person, and yet my card was charged again. He then called again and they swore the membership was cancelled, and then I was charged AGAIN. I called them myself and complained and asked for a refund, and they assured me they'd get me a refund and escalate it to management... It never happened and it's been 2 weeks since I last called, and over 2 months since the first time I was overcharged. Temecula I repeat don't go here and waste your money!! The so call ( manager) gets upset if you don't want the membership and starts to bribe you into getting the membership. Once you tell him NO and he cries like a baby and gets defensive and tells you to leave and threaten to call the cops! Not only that he controls the customer of paying for a regular wash! That sounds like a fraud! I legit was laughing with the sheriff on what happen because he was calling the cops on himself by threating people! Go pay for a different car wash! Went to get y truck washed and got the wash club pitch which normally after a couple of no thank yous, you are left alone and enter the car wash. Today the guy would not stop the club wash spiel after I told him I'm not interested half a dozen times. Give me a reason why you don't want to join. give me a reason repeatedly! Finally I took my CC back from him and backed out. I've been hesitant to come here because on the constant wash club spiel, but today was the final time coming here.
