I'm not sure if it…read morewas incompetence or intentional but they did things I didn't ask for, want, authorize, or find out about until after, they did things they just plain weren't supposed to do, and they did a poor job on the things they did do. I took my bike to them to clean out the carb and do an acid wash of my tank, they did a poor job on cleaning the carb and didn't take out the interior filter of the tank when they did the acid wash so it eroded and went into the carb. After one of the trips to them I rode it home to find they clamped off the air tube to the first plug making it run on one cylinder. $800 later (plus the cost of the parts I had to replace after their "repair jobs") and the summer gone I've actually ended up with the bike having MORE problems than when I took it to them.

I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Took delivery few days later. Branden the driver was on point. We had to remove the protective plastic wrap from the critical areas. Then I had a pretty empty tank. About a gallon of gas. Vehicle was not cleaned up to standards for delivery to a new customer. Had three days for proper pre-delivery preps. Got word veh had departed svc dept for delivery to me without an air filter installed. Then the last straw was my down payment check had been drafted by the Accounting Dept to my bank twice. My account was handed over to the fraud investigation dept at my bank and they handled everything otherwise Freedom power sports was going to take forever to return my funds due. I realize no intention was made to defraud but with all the other negative issues I had to endure this part of the experience was not great. The last thing Noone from the dealership called to apologize or offer a gift card to a nice place to dine or anything. Good customer relations. I have been waiting three days now from a request to speak with the General Mgt. Deal is done. No more concern for customer follow up. Enjoying my vehicles now but would have hard time recommending to my friends in need of a unit from there.
