They even had enough variations that I was able to get each one of them their own coaster without any repeats! The staff was very friendly, even if the amount of "no pictures please" signs was definitely a bit much. I understand trying to prevent folks from shopping around but this was a bit ridiculous!

Jen took the order and said she will mail it out to us when it comes in. The company didn't supply the sweatshirts for a long time, we were beginning to worry about our order. Jen assured us that is was coming or she was going to give us a refund and still send the item out when it comes in. She did just that. She gave us a refund. When the supplier finally gave her the sweatshirt she mailed it to us at no charge and gave us some helmet stickers which made my kids day, they were so happy and excited. Thank you, next time we are in Breckenridge we will definitely visit the store again.

The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. Plenty of other local shops who treat locals and visitors well.

I've gotten quite a few knives from this shop and they're all lovely. Maggie specifically is just the best. She's so friendly and inviting, and made sure i tested every knife i wanted to buy to make sure i liked it (which was good, because i was exchanging a knife i had bought previously that i didnt end up liking because I didn't try it out first!) They have a super fair exchange/store credit refund policy, which is return within 30 days. I just love this shop. I'll definitely be coming back before I leave town!
