Such a fun store and right downtown for all to visit. I checked in on Yelp and got a free goodie bag. I just love reading all the labels of the sodas. They have unique candies in here too! My friend found one she hadn't seen since living in Oregon. Lots to look at and the inventory changes so it's always fun to bop in for a look.

Sweet shops seem to be making a bit of a comeback. Long ago you could buy hard candy in bulk along with all sorts of other sweet goodies. Rocket Fizz offers that vibe but in an updated format. The store in downtown Indy features traditional bulk candies along with many specialty items you may not see elsewhere, with a large selection of foreign made candies. They also have a huge selection of craft soda with unusual flavors, such as chocolate/strawberry and bacon. Recommended.

This was a really fun stop! They had tons of really unique soda options. The also had chilled soda that could be enjoyed right away. The candy selection was also interesting.

This place is seriously cool. All the candy nostalgia you've ever wanted all in one place! I saw some of my childhood faves that I thought had disappeared for good. I also came across drinks and novelty items I haven't seen in stock any where else . I picked up a lemon starburst lollipop.Need a party hat for your cat? Or pizza shaped bandages? They got it.Get yourself a cold soft drink from their cooler (around $2.50 a bottle )then go walk downtown and take in the sights.

Thursday, 8/25/2022 - Stopped by here just to see what they have. Lots of candy and goodies!!! There were 2 workers and both were very nice. Nice little shop.

Rocket Fizz is a great spot to stop while in downtown Indy. It's located near the busy circle near the soldiers monument and stays open late for the crowds. This shop specializes in nostalgic candy from your past and speckles in the classics or commonly known options like sour gummies. I also liked the multiple soda options and how organized they were, from root beer and cream soda or orange dreamsicle. You can get drinks out of a fridge for immediate enjoyment or warm to enjoy later. Bag candy can be filled for $7-10 per packet. I didn't see an option to pick a smaller selection and pay by weight. They did offer pre-packed bags of taffy. The store also display metal signs on every wall that are for sale. For a crazier purchase find the horse, unicorn and other animal masks hanging on the wall.

Rocket Fizz is such a fun, entertaining, and quirky shop that any leisurely visit to the Circle wouldn't be complete without a stop in to see what ridiculous and delicious items they have in stock. Filled from floor to ceiling with soda, candy, and metal signs, Rocket Fizz boasts one of the most extensive collections of all things edible and eccentric that I've seen! Think Cracker Barrel gift shop, but way better. Their candies range from mainstream candy to treats from Europe or from decades ago. My parents like to stop in to reminisce on the candy of their youth and pick up a few fun treats. If you stop in, be sure to check in on Yelp to get a free mystery bag of candy! Stop in to find some yummy treats from across the pond or from the past and enjoy the whimsy of it all!

My kids always enjoy a visit to Rocket Fizz. We've been coming to this location for years and the sweet treats never disappoint. They have a good arrangement of sodas, taffy, candy, to choose from. My favorite is their Bawls Guarana Ginger soda.

With loads of soda options, like Sweet Corn and Dog's Drool, how can you not enjoy this place? It's fun, peppy, and the music makes you want to have a party. The staff was helpful and kind, they showed us some of the funny flavors and the good ones. There are about 10 different root beers, and after trying 4 of them, Triple xxx came out as number one.

While the decorations and theme of this candy shop are quirky and fun, the actual treats were deeply disappointing. They have lots of interestingly flavored sodas on sale ranging from peanut butter to coffee. I tried the pickle flavored one and, while the drink definitely smelled like pickles, it just tasted like sickeningly sweet plain cream soda. There was no actual pickle flavor all, it was so disappointing. They also had buckets of saltwater taffy and smaller candies that you could fill up a bag with and purchase. I was particularly excited about this because I absolutely love saltwater taffy but I'm guessing the bins with all the candy that you could choose from had been out for a very long time because everything was so stale. The taffy was rock hard and tasted like it was years old. Overall, I was disappointed but the store also had a bunch of unique imported candies hopefully some of those tasted better.

You like soda? You'll get soda! Crazy amounts of soda in insane flavors like ranch dressing and bacon chocolate to humorous flavors/titles like Stalinade and Nuclear Orange Bomb (part of a line of beverages dedicated to dictators) and of course, more traditional sips like ginger beer and cream soda. Plus tons of candy (imported and otherwise), a bulk area of salt water taffy, and other novelty gifts and fun! Employees are a dream--so fun and funny. I guess you have to be if you work at a place like this! My only regret? I didn't bring packing materials to bring home some bottles in my suitcase and sadly we don't have a location in Michigan yet. Next time, I'm bringing bubble wrap.

I first visited the Rocket Fizz in Denver, and I loved it. Where else would you find hundreds of novelty candies alongside every conceivable soda? Denver's location is bigger than Indy's, but the vibe is the same. It's fun to scan thousands of flavors to find just the right pop. I had to deduct a star because the cashier made a weird and lame joke as we were checking out. My girlfriend pointed at the fart spray sitting by the register. Then the cashier said something like, "You don't need that. I smelled you when you walked in." Wha? I advise you to stick to your day job, sir. I will take these sodas and drink them at my leisure. GOOD DAY!

This place is a dentist's nightmare:) Rocket Fizz is your inner child's dream of a soda and candy store. They have tons of different and unique flavors of soda's. As well as some of the current and more classical candies. There was also a nice selection of International candy.

They have kids' sizes, which is appreciated. I am not an ice cream person, so I got two hand-dipped peanut butter cups, one for each hand: one milk chocolate, and the other dark chocolate. Both were delicious! We ate our treats at a table on the outdoor patio. There is lots of outdoor seating, and zero indoor seating. So, your options are to sit outside or get your goodies to go. The people who work here are polite and patient, which is also appreciated. You know how it goes when you visit a sweets shop with kids -- they can't make up their mind about what they want. But the people behind the counter were very kind and waited with the utmost patience while my children made their decision about which ice cream flavor to choose.
