This was my first time having any form of custom printing on a shirt. I supplied them with a shirt I already owned to have 3 lines of text added on the back. The staff was very helpful through the entire process and the shirt came out great with the text on the back perfectly matching the text on the front. They only charged a total of $10 for what I wanted done, so the pricing was good as well. Will definitely go back for any other T-shirt prints. read more

-Horrible customer service. The owner, Shelby tried to sell me a sewing machine that was useless to him or me, an item that is not even for sale in his store. My wife and I both wanted to know the brand name and know how much he paid for it, so I asked him. He got offended and started questioning me about how much time and work it would take me and my wife to make our own shirts. I was interested in the machine because I am interested in making my own shirts because the customer service has been slipping over time, not sure if it's because of familiarity and comfortability but professionalism should always come first. He told me he didn't even know the name brand of the machine, which prevented us from price checking. -After the verbal exchange of why my wife wanted to do our own thing, he told me I would be taking money out of his business asking him for advice. A week later I spend over $200 on hats, embroidered, paid. I was told my logo wouldn't fit, I could be refunded. Ok cool. But Lids and The Very Idea have no problem with my precious logo. -Very shady vibes from these guys here. -Customer emailed saying vinyl on shirt came off on first wash, owner told me it was possibly the customer's machine or softener. Got refunded, ok. -I could go on but I'll stop here and let you know that The Very Idea has picked up the slack of these rude and disrespectful guys here. Rocket Shirts does not appreciate or respect the hard work and money that is spent with them. I don't know why it took me so long to switch to The Very Idea but even through this pandemic virus they have been nothing but understanding, quick, and respectful! read more

I ordered ONE tshirt that was to be an exact duplicate of one that was already made, just in a larger size. The tshirt cost me $55, for labor, artwork, and materials (the original only cost $15). I ordered it on Monday, paid up front, and was told it would be ready for pick up on Friday at 4pm. At 430 pm on Friday, I was told the shirt wasn't ready, "they forgot about it because they were busy this week." The male staff member apologized, said he would give me a discount for my trouble and that the shirt would be ready on Monday. I accepted the apology and said I would pick up the shirt on Monday after work. At 555pm that Friday, I received a call stating the shirt was ready for pick up. I had already left for the event and had my daughter pick the item up on Monday after school. The coloring of the artwork was wrong and to this day, I haven't received the refunded discount I was promised.I definately recommend taking your business elsewhere read more
