The biggest issue isn't just the coffee, it's the attitude behind it. Many people -- myself included -- have noticed this and given feedback, but instead of addressing it or offering to remake a drink, the response tends to be dismissive. They often say, "That's how our espresso tastes," as if that ends the conversation. But anyone who's had truly fresh espresso knows that's not how it should taste. What's frustrating is that this isn't a one-time issue. There are many similar reviews online mentioning the same problems -- both with the taste of the drinks and the customer service.
