The Blue Spirulina Lemonade really excited my taste buds. I purchased the ABC (Apples, Carrots & Beets) juice for my mom as it supports blood pressure. She said it was good. Once home, I tried a spoonful of the Blue Spirulina wild crafted St. Lucian seamoss and it is undoubtedly the best tasting seamoss I've tried to date. The biggest issue isn't just the coffee, it's the attitude behind it. Their espresso and drinks often have a bitter, almost burnt taste that doesn't line up with what you'd expect from "fresh espresso." Many people -- myself included -- have noticed this and given feedback, but instead of addressing it or offering to remake a drink, the response tends to be dismissive. They often say, "That's how our espresso tastes," as if that ends the conversation. But anyone who's had truly fresh espresso knows that's not how it should taste. What's frustrating is that this isn't a one-time issue. There are many similar reviews online mentioning the same problems -- both with the taste of the drinks and the customer service.
