I have a 2025 Buick never had any problems with my car until this guy finished the tint job. After he finished, I couldn't use my key fob the only way I could start my car was through my phone. When I started my car there was a loud noise coming from the inside, I didn't know what was going on. When I opened the driver side door the noise stopped. I noticed water spots on both of the speakers in the door this noise is so loud sounds like you in a wind tunnel. I called this guy to let him know what was going on, he told me he's not responsible for speakers if they get damaged, well you should cover them up if your using water near them. I have had several windshields tinted and this has never happened. I'm taking my car to the dealer ship and if they suspect any water damage to my speakers, I will be taking proper action. The only thing that was a variable is that there was a piece that was going to be either about 25 dollars or 90, but wouldn't know until they installed it. Long story short, I walked out having to pay $638.25. When they told me the amount my jaw hit the floor. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything!
