I'm fairly new to the area and have been in search of a nail salon that aces mani/pedis. I've found the place and it's Rockford Nails. I was able to get in quickly for a no-chip mani and pedi. The choice of colors is almost limitless. What made the visit exceptional was having Ann at the helm. She took great care of my comfort, turning on a massage chair while my feet soaked, etc. So many salons I've been to have no music or obnoxious tv blaring in the background. At Rockford Nails the vibe is chill and relaxing. Further, Ann paints nails down to the cuticle - so perfectly. And her hand and leg massages were unexpected, but by far - the best I've ever had. One of my favorite nail salons and I've been to a lot. (now it is the only place I go) The staff are all very friendly and have great customer service. I have never walked out of there with a bad experience or bad nails). They will take their time to get it done right, the massages are great, and my nails last a good while. The best time I had was when I booked an appointment for my wedding party to all get our nails done. Ken and Denise suggested it and it was awesome. I'm new to the area from Sam Diego and was a bit skeptical on trying a new nailshop but decided to give this place a try. I called in about a hour before to make an appt. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a gentleman. And I was in a chair within 2 or 3 mins . I went in for a pedi and new set of fresh nails . As I was seated in the massage chairs . Kate was so sweet and attentive she brought me a nice cold bottled water! Much needed thank you! I was originally going for the dip powder but as I looked thru the colors I came across the "Cat Eye" colors. Kate did my toes and my nails and she did a Excellent job. She took her time and never made me feel like I was being rushed out. End result was amazing I'm very impressed and I've been getting plenty of compliments on her work!
