I'm giving this a 3 because the staff was friendly and my manicure looked great... for a day. One day after I got a (no chip) manicure, the middle of the purple color I got started to turn an ugly shade of orangey-yellow (see the pictures- my thumb and ring finger). I live about 40 minutes away from this salon so "just going in to get it fixed" isn't easy and takes some planning. I just thought that after paying $35 dollars to treat myself a little, the polish would last more than a day. read more

Great mani and pedi + no chipping for a good two weeks -------------------------------------------------- = One happy customer! My last visit at a different nail shop was horrible, but I decided to suck it up. I was quite surprised the place was clean inside, friendly staff, a good selection of nail polishes and is way cheaper than other nail salons! I couldn't believe the price and the service...amazing! I have been to high end salons and to hood nail shops, but never had I ever had a manicure last two weeks without a chip!! I used to come in here every 2 weeks but stopped because I moved. Stopped back in again and all I can say is wow. I was solo grossed out. I got my eyebrows waxed. Omg. I sat in the chair and the pur a small pillow behind my head. Gross!!! Who knows how many people's heads have been on that thing. Yuck. Then she tried to put a cloth covered headband on my head to hold my hair back out if my face. Um no!!! I put my sunglasses on my head to hold my hair back. Then when bringing over the wax from the work station the girl was blowing on the hot wax, maybe a quarter inch from her lips. I swear she spit on the wax. Ugh vomit. I noticed when I got out of the chair that the tweezers are just in a jar and not in any sort of disinfectant and the wax container was so nasty with dried wax. Omg. While I was in the chair two ladies came in for pedicures. One had water that was too hot and one wasn't hot enough. The girl who was working with me told them to just change seats, since they are friends. Omg they had their feet already in the water. I seriously wanted to vomit in the parking lot when I left. I told the lady that her store was gross , paid my charge and walked out. Omg. If you want germs then go. I will NEVER EVER return here. No sanitation at all. I am typing up everything to report them to the county heath dept. Save yourself. Go somewhere else. It's NASTY here read more

They did a nice job on my nails but I honestly wouldn't go back because they cut my foot during the pedicure and it became infected later that night . Also didn't give me a bandage or anything for the cut , or a discount. read more

My mom, sister and I had appointments for manicures and pedicures and when we came in, the place was a zoo. One of the workers welcomed us and we mentioned we had made appointments and they said "okay, great." We waited around for about 15-20 minutes, and decided to just leave because all of the workers were with someone and it didn't look like they'd be finishing anytime soon. In my experience, having an appointment at a nail salon, means they will start you within 10 minutes at the MOST after whenever your appointment was scheduled for. If I'm making an appointment, it's so that I don't have to sit around waiting. Also, it didn't look like the cleanest place. The nail polish rack was disorganized and was a big mixture of brands and colors. Magazines were all over the place in the waiting area and almost all of the chairs were full with other people waiting. Since we didn't actually get the services we had made appointments for, I can't comment on their nail technicians or cleanliness of their tools/foot bathes or about the technicians themselves, but the waiting area and the fact that they clearly didn't care about keeping appointments on time really didn't make a good impression.
