My second visit, as I thought maybe it was me the first time..I had two different people, cold soaking water, my skin was actually filed raw(see pic) and the paint was crooked and I actually got hang nails after this visit which I never get. They are not friendly. I was constantly having my hands yanked and again the hand massage was nonexistent. Polish chipped same day on top of my skin burning for over a day from the file. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time. Edit 2: since I had a different person this time, the manicure didn't last as long. I got a chip after 1 week. However, the pedicure is holding up better. Trade offs I guess! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
