Very unprofessional and rude workers. I came in with a picture of the nails I wanted and the nail tech refused or denied being able to achieve anything I asked for. I asked for square shape nails and he gave me coffin shape insisting it was a square shape. I asked for rhinestones and he placed them crooked and used different proportioned stones to be lazy. I asked for a 3D flower that showed in the picture and he said he couldn't do any of that. I picked a purple nail color and he wouldn't apply it because he swore it was pink. He left severe cuts on my cuticles and when I finally complained he told me not to start any "shit" and for me to stop "bitching". He argued with me and said he couldn't do anything about it. This place is extremely unclean and looks like it hasn't been dusted for years. The towel used at my station was clearly already used. The bathroom was disgusting. I needed a gel mani removal, and literally all he did was shave off the top layer of my nail. Nothing else. It was free, but still. The new mani chipped within 2 days too. WORST PLACE EVER. The guy who did my nails, was rushing. He had to redo my letter "M" like six times, I told him never mind and then he said "it's easier to do it facing my way "so I thought about it. And I was like just put the "M" on there please. And he had to keep wiping it off, he wiped it off three times after the six times. To redo it. my thumbs are not even. I even brought it to his attention, and he still didn't listen to me. He said it was just my nail. When my nails are not an even like that. My left nail he did is bigger than my right nail he did.I told him exactly what I wanted, I even showed him a picture. And he still did not do exactly what I asked. I'm very unsatisfied with my nails. I would not go here, Unless you're very close with the employees. The dude who did my nails, tried charging my cousin $38. When he didn't even do her nails. Or even talk to her. Or even knew what she got. They were speaking Chinese about it. I'm very unhappy. I would never go here. I called an hour before they closed. They said it was OK for us to come in and get our nails done because two girls were leaving. The girl next to me even said that one of her nails were darker than the other ones and had to redo it again. my one thumb hurt for the whole night. my clearcoat isn't even on my full nails. Did a sloppy job with it. And charged me eight dollars extra for using a credit card. I don't know if it was because we look young or because he think we had no experience. This doesn't even deserve one star, I walked in and showed them a picture of the nails I wanted they exclaimed " you don't want those those are ugly" he continuously said rude comments about the picture of the nails I wanted. I should have left right then and there but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. My nails came out extremely TERRIBLE, they were uneven crooked and had bubbles in them, you could see my real nail on the side. My friends nails were even WORSE they were curved down crooked and misshaped BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE TO. I will never ever step foot in that place EVER again, I've truly been robbed. Been going to the family business for years. This particular location I like more because they have more staff. I stick to the girl nail tech, she does an awesome job. Very attention to detail, careful and she fully listens and asks on your requests. Recently, they added new staff (family) and I've had them do my nails and they also did a nice job which is nice because that is why I had to knock a star. They get supper packed any day of the week and I usually have to spend a few hours waiting and to sit in a chair and get my fill. It's not their fault, the over crowded customers shows they are good and the prices are also great. read more

I got my nails done before my birthday and the acrylic was ON MY CUTICLE. it started bleeding and green puss coming out of it. i called and requested for my money back and told them i would send a photo because i am at the airport about to get on a flight the owner Lee had an attitude w me when i asked doe my money back because HE DID MY NAILS. this is unprofessional AF! he said he didn't have an email for me to send him the pictures... who doesn't have an email ?? LIES. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU GO TO BANG! City Nails was the place, they do not have a ton of colors yet as it is a new technique to them, but I found something that worked! Mama did my nails & she did a good job!! What a horrible experience... I was in search of a place close to my fathers home to get a quick pedicure for my mothers funeral. The place is dirty . The whole family is here sitting around watching you tube loudly while the "matriarch" is the one doing the pedicures. Polish slopped on.. This is the first time I have never tipped .
