04/05/24 RE: Jenny ~…read more Went in earlier in the week for my symptoms. By Thursday everything had worsened. My phone call was misdirected on Thursday so I had to call back Friday morning. Jenny was extremely helpful and was able to get a stronger medication called in. I appreciate her helping me in this situation. She is an amazing and extremely efficient. I asked why wasn't I told this in waiting room waiting to get called , I got no answer instead I was told that they open at 8am and they are an hour behind as soon as they open the door well I said I would like to know now if it's 20 minutes or two hours now so I can go somewhere else then nurse leaves I sit there another 15 min waiting and then proceeded to front desk and asked did she find out if it was 20 minutes or two hours wait time because I could just go somewhere where else. I just walked out thinking if she knows that they are an hour behind every day when they open at 8am why do u wait until patient is in the the room to tell the about a two hour wait time . This use to be a good urgent care close and convenient with good staff No longer so save urself so time just drive sherman

This amazing doctor called in a prescription and my spouse felt better within 4 hours. Before leaving we met with Bethany. What a pleasure. She made the appointment for us to have a test done at another facility. And she also scheduled our next appointment with Dr Arnot. So easy and much appreciated. No stress here, just helpfulness. Grateful to find this doctor with an amazing staff including the front desk ladies. Highly recommended!

My PCP was booked out for 2 weeks on sick patient visits and my insurance copay would have been $35.00 . So $55.00 to get back to work was well worth it. The staff were very nice and professional. During the visit I mentioned three health issues that I'm struggling with 2 of which need prescriptions. She didn't ask questions or address two of them! After the brief visit she disappeared to write notes and I had to wait again for a long time until she came back. At the last minute of the appt., while walking away from me, she remembered that I needed one of the prescriptions and then disappeared. What? How is this a quality visit? I wasn't listened to or respected. I could have stayed home with my PTO. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Writing this review so others won't waste their time.
