I inputted my information but received an error on the security questions page. I refreshed the page, logged out and still nothing changed. I then emailed the online chat system and twice and no response. I then waited a day to just see if it was my computer etc. and on Monday, June 11th. The error is still occurring. I called customer service and after three long holds, I finally got a representative. She informed me that their system has been down since Wednesday and technicians are working on the problem. This is ridiculous. How can this be a requirement and the systems isn't working. Way to go LRS Systems. Way to take your customers money and not deliver on the service paid for.

The instructor puts an extreme amount of homework on the students and then says "no late work is accepted " as if people don't have lives outside of school..They purposely make people have to retake the modules so they can get paid more money. The people in the office especially financial aid rarely answers or returns calls. They take complete control of your financial aid and you won't know how much aid you were approved for and or if there's excess funds and if the max is being requested etc. Then they put so many transactions on a "breakdown" that's supposed to explain what the charges are etc but it's so much b.s on there you won't even understand and it's never clear. Initially I tested this company to determine if they may have been acceptable for our business enterprise, but it failed when all of the videos couldn't be delivered, and further failed due to lack of acceptable communication. Save your money and go to a real company like INE or elsewhere where videos can be delivered properly and watched. To this day I have not been table to take my time and watch each video without issue. The negative reviews are not fake, don't spend your money here, less you like throwing it away and getting nothing in return. I initially emailed these guys about problems on Sunday 9/29.
