When we sent in the screen shot they STILL want to charge us the $50 Reschedule fee since the text was "a mistake" Edit: I have previously spoken to the online assistance personal & they informed the owner, I was told they would waive the fee in 24hrs but they never did when I followed up again they told me I would need to speak to the owner since after review "although the text was a mistake but the time was correct" again, I'm busy and if a text straight from the business confirms a time (which we provided) that should be honored my 17 year old was going off the last communication provided by the business They can keep the $50 we will be going elsewhere.

I got locked out of my account once because I repeatedly answered my security question(s) wrong. I called and verified my info, and got them to unlock it. But a word of advice...when choosing your security questions and writing the answers, make sure you pay attention to capitalization and spacing. Small discrepancies will get you locked out. So yay. I got one of my two points knocked off my record...for now. I really got a break, and I'm guessing cuz this was my first speeding ticket ever. Actually, first time ever being pulled over for that matter. The cop gave me a break and lowered the "official" speed I was clocked at. Otherwise, there's a good chance I would have gotten 3 points for speed in just one ticket. Yikes. Then this traffic school saves the day being such a bargain (I paid $25 for my online course) and saving me from having to back to NV for a court date. Phew!

He was very patient and easy to talk to and always showed up to my house early or on time. Starting out, if you just follow EVERYTHING he tells you to do, then things will start to make sense and driving becomes sort of second nature. I love their car because it's fun, comfortable, and easy to use. My 2 problems with them is after 10 hours of driving lessons, I still didn't know how to park and be a safe driver. After them, I can drive but not well. And last thing, my instructor always interfered with my steering wheel. I totally appreciate it starting off because I sucked but by the last few lessons, I felt like I got the hang of it and just needed practice but I didn't learn when he was always taking over the wheel. Overall my experience was good and I do recommend them for any type of driver including first time drivers. But if you're a first time driver, don't expect to be great by the end of it. Overall, they're good. if I could, I'd give them 3.5 stars.

My son wanted his last driving day to be closer to the day of his driving test. Of course the DMV's testing was 6 weeks out. Safe Driving School still accommodated and allowed for the change. My son felt super comfortable in the car that he was driving. I felt comfortable allowing them to take my son because they have the brakes and accelerator on their side. My son drove on the highway and even the strip area. I even still get anxious driving on the strip at times. After the drive, Dwayne would let me know what my son still needed to work on and what he did really good on. We had the pleasure of meeting Alicia and Dwayne and both were great. My son felt really comfortable with Dwayne and Dwayne did more evenings. My vision isn't as good in the evenings so I was really appreciative that we could book out in the evening with somebody else driving with my son. Safe Driving School gave my son the confidence to drive and gave me confidence that his skills would be better tuned when I drove with him. I love that they pick him up and drop him off. It was super convenient. They never shorted him any time, it was always the full two hours and they were always on time. The company is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Safe Driving School. And just a little note to add, my son passed his driving exam on the first time and received a high score. Mind you, these delays were on my end, and the contract with Safe Driving School was completely satisfied, but yet there was Lynn today. This was all done today on their dime!
