For some unexplained reason a 5lbs mini yorkie was put in the same play kennel as all the other large bread dogs with apparently no supervision. They were told that they thought he'd been stepped on and had broken ribs, but according to the vet he was covered in dog slobber and suffered a broken neck. Conveniently their security cameras happened to be broken that very day of the incident. Needless to say I will never take our pets there for anything nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.
