In the past, he's hated his groomers and cries and howls when we show up. I have no question that Kaylie takes good care of him. I've showed up to pick him up and she'll be cuddling him in one arm while grooming another dog with the other. She treats him how we treat him and that means so much to us. She has some great pictures on her website and we used a couple of those to show her what we wanted and then Terri asked us some important questions about our little guy - things we never would of thought to ask but were really important. Jack came home smelling great with a perfect cut and most importantly he was happy! Not stressed or upset, he had energy and you could tell he felt so good and pampered. Jack doesn't like getting his legs brushed or groomed, Terri noticed and still did a great job on his legs and feet. He doesn't particularly like to be put into a kennel when he's done either, like his old groomer use to do and when my husband got there to pick him up, he was sound asleep, laying on the floor next to Terri as she groomed another dog! Dogs are happy in her extraordinarily capable hands, and they always come out looking fantastic! My two dogs never look better than after they've had a grooming session with her. She is also quite well-versed in canine health; one of our dogs has some stomach problems and the other had a couple of unexpected seizures, and Jen is always doing a quick double-check to make sure they're happy and healthy, oftentimes pointing out things that we may not have noticed or know to look for. I cannot recommend Jen highly enough; my only regret is that she isn't still in California because I don't know if we're ever going to find an acceptable substitute.
