Jackson is always kind and helpful. Service is excellent. If they don't have what you need, just ask and they can probably get it for you. I have found some real gems in the garden section here too and at excellent prices. I am so grateful for this local resource and encourage folks to purchase here whenever possible. Even if you find a deal elsewhere that is a few dollars cheaper, your investment in our community is well spent here!

Boo!! I went for soil, flower pots and an ice scraper. Every single saucer for the large pots I…read morebought was full of bird poop and there were zero employees in the garden section I guess since it's February. So, no large saucers. I went to the Automotive section for the ice scraper -- none there. So passing the self-checkout I asked the employee standing there and she pointed me to automotive. When I told her they weren't there she looked it up in her phone and sent me to aisle 45 at the other end of the store. I hunted everywhere in this aisle of cleaning supplies, nearby end caps, but, nothing of the sort. I went to check out. No regular checkouts were open, only self-checkout. The employee did not ask me if I found my ice scraper. When I went to scan the saucers for my small flower pots, they did not have barcodes or any tags. Based on my HD experience thus far, I imagined the hassle and long wait ahead in finding the code or price for these items, and just decided to leave them there un-bought. As I was leaving, the employee did grab the saucers and ask me if I forgot them, so that's a plus!, but I told her they had no bar codes so I couldn't scan them and left. I expected HD to be nicer, more expensive and WAY better than Lowe's and Walmart which I also have access to and carry the items I needed (maybe based on my experience with HD in NJ and Atlanta? I'd never been to this one). I go to the Lowe's a lot and am sorry I ever thought them a step down from HD! At Lowe's, the employees ALWAYS personally help me locate an item when I ask them for directions.

Visited…read morestore to locate hog fencing panels for a deck railing project. 3 visible employees, all "busy", none waiting on customers. When asked about hfp, I was directed to look in the outdoor section. Walked around for 10 minutes, located labeled cattle fencing panels, but no hfp. Re-entered store, again inquired about hfp, again was told where to find them. Then the staff person who first directed me, reluctantly told me to follow her. She led me back outside, showed me the cattle fencing panels, and tersely said the hfp were stacked on top (no signage visible). She then walked off. Obviously, customer service is not a priority to the staff at Tractor Supply in Waynesboro. I shall take my business elsewhere, which doesn't matter to TS.​
