As a DIYer who drove from Texas to Philadelphia with a playscape that required a tunnel slide and…read moretoddler swing, I may not be the standard customer. First, the hardware provided with the slide was incomplete and inadequate -- there were no 5/16" x 1 1/2" lag screws, and the 7/8" x 1" bolts were too short to attach the assembled Elbow Tube to the Entry Plate. Secondly, the fit between the end of the straight tube of the slide and the one-piece Tube Slide exit was almost nonexistent and required the purchase of additional hardware, and the "fit" remains problematic as a possible finger trap. Finally, when I went to install the swing, there were no anchors included, even though I was assured that all the hardware was included. I found a supplier in Bensalem but had to pay $30 for something I thought was included in my $147 swing purchase. I also think that the $1040 price of the slide was inflated based upon what I've seen online. Or perhaps because Swing Kingdom knew I was in a pinch to finish this project. The slides are manufactured just up the road in Leola by Atlas/Tusk but cannot be purchased directly. This place may be the best if you are not interested in saving money or having what is needed to complete your swing set. If you are like me, however, learn from my poor judgement.

This company is top notch! Expensive but they say you get what you pay for. You pay for the best…read morehere. From the quality of the swing sets to the installation it's all well done. Their office staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We moved after we had the set for a few years & they were very accommodating with the move which is not an easy task. I say customer service in the country is dead....not with these guys! Great company to deal with.

Bottom line: you get what you pay for. If you want a play set that will last for as long as your…read morekids are interested in beating on it, go with this company. If you would rather buy a cheap set that will be destroyed in two years from kids and weather....well, don't bother going into this place, head right for your local Walmart or Costco. The sets are rugged, made with materials NOT FROM CHINA (so they won't leach chemicals into your kids' bloodstreams and kill them 20 years from now), and they are infinitely customizable and upgradeable. Bring a fire extinguisher for your credit card because it will be too hot to go back into your pocket....but after 5 years, my kids are still on their play set and it looks as good as the day we bought it (except for a little fading!)

I needed a simple replacement part for my older swingset and I was willing to pay for it. I went…read moreto the location and was told that they could not sell me the part there, that I had to go through customer service. The man provided me with their email and phone number. He recommended sending an email with description and pictures explaining what part I needed, waiting 4-5 business days, then calling the number and reminding them that I had already sent an email... Wow, okay. So I write an email, wait about a week, and call the phone number to talk to a rep. Well, you don't actually get a rep, you get an answer machine where for the first 5 minutes they tell you to hang up and send them an email instead. I left a voicemail explaining I had sent an email already and just wanted to follow up. The voicemail system says to expect a call back within 24 hours, which never happened. Granted I was just looking for a replacement part for a used playset. However, now that I see how their customer service works, I would never consider buying one of their units. They claim to pride themselves in their fantastic warranties that they offer, I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it would be to actually have a problem fixed if something came up.
