This is the second time I've gone in there to purchase something. The first time I didn't think there was a person on staff and I realized the sales lady was on the phone chatting with a friend. After a while, I realized she must be the sales lady and asked her that. Then she got off the phone a few minutes after my asking. I did buy a few seasonal items at that time. Today, around noon, I went in and there was no one to help me. I was looking for outdoor furniture. The doorbell went off when I came in and the doorbell went off when another person came in. I walked all the way around the store and saw in the back kitchen/staff area there was a man standing, leaning against the cabinets and counter there on his phone. He must not have seen or heard me. Seriously, if you want to sell stock, you really need to keep someone at the front counter or walking around the store. Very disappointing. I won't be going back. If there's no help when they want you to buy something I doubt there's much follow up/Customer Service if you have a problem after you buy an item. All the furniture in there is of a significant price and I wouldn't want to have a problem with any of it that I could not get fixed because of lack of staffing.

The other day I saw paper that evaporates in water so you can make wishes. I have about 30 houseplants and have bought a handful from Terrain. Overall, inspect the plant before you purchase not just from here but any store. Prices may be slightly higher for common plants than a big box store but their variety is amazing and changes I think daily. Some of the staff are nicer than others regarding planty chatting so if you are expecting an employee to spend significant individual attention to answer all your plant care needs try to go during the day or low traffic times. It can get pretty busy. Since I live close by I stop in often to see which plants have been marked down. There's also an amazing variety of pots to put the plants in. This is a subsection of Anthropologie so the pots are in line with that vibe. Overall this is a special beautiful little place to browse and enjoy.

Replacing it was challenging ( we visited and obtained estimates from several other places) but Lawn and Leisure of 103 Douglas Court, Sterling, Va brought us warm joy with a new Regency Gas Fireplace. T.C. was our salesman and helped by personalizing the entire process. We were given many pointers that led to success. Our fireplace was delivered in ten days while other stores said it would take several months to make delivery. T.C. recommended Dulles Solid Construction, owned by Gary Pulino as the contractor and he and his team exceeded all expectations. No detail was ovelooked and recommendations were spot on! This made the many decisions of mantel, surround stone, hearthstone and fireplace height easier. Since our gas fireplace was direct vent, siding had to be removed outside and all inside bricks removed with skill. The finished product is beautiful and all stonework installed to perfection. We walked in to the spacious showroom. We were told all items were a la carte and the person at the counter seemed friendly and welcomed questions. The furniture seem sturdy, modern, and the variety was pretty good. The price point seemed reasonable. I don't know about the availability of all the items and fear there will be quite a delay in delivery, but that seems to be across the board for any furniture in general lately as a result of the pandemic-caused shortage.

I did not realize, as it is not in the description online, that the floor of the chest was plastic mesh. I cut the mesh with the box cutter. There was no indication on the outside of the box to not use a knife or box cutter. I reached out to the company and they blamed me and said they would send a replacement for $600+. They did not take accountability for not have a better plan for packaging and providing information for opening the box. I understand how I opened the box was not ideal, but I am not sure how I was supposed to know. The cost of replacement seemed ridiculous for plastic mesh. I will no longer order from them.

It's only ten dollars for each kid to play, no fee for adults. They also do birthday parties and sell the play equipment. We played for almost two hours and there were enough different fun activities (rock climbing, slides, swings, trampolines, basketball courts) for the kids not to get board. My four year old loved it, and the older kids seemed to really be enjoying themselves as well. I was tempted not to write this review to keep this place to myself ;)
