Honestly, I don't understand why this laundromat does not have a restroom before the owners to this laundromat. They did have a restroom. What if somebody has an accident? What if somebody needs to really go shouldn't there be a law against not having a restroom at the site, this is ridiculous. They have a rush for their workers, but not the customers. This is uncalled for they should definitely have a rush for the customers that are paying to wash their clothes there I think we should have right to have a restroom there. read more

Decent little place. My main frustration was using the card readers on the machines. I was swiping like it said but they still declined my card multiple times before they accept it. An ATM machine would be a nice touch as the soap dispenser only takes coins and I didn't have cash to buy more. A bathroom would be nice as well but it's a small space so I'm sure there's nothing they can do about that. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat my whole life, and it's definitely improved with the newer ownership. The place is always clean and has a lot of machines, and I love that I can use Apple Pay and I don't have to worry about getting quarters. Recently, I have started to use their drop-off laundry services for the tablecloths from my business. It's a fair price and it's always a super quick turnaround, and everything is clean and neatly folded. It really takes a load off of my plate after big events. Gina is nice and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!!! We just relocated & I needed some comforters washed. Gina , you're God sent! as a pregnant mom w/2 littles- I just needed a little assistance with the bigger loads of laundry. I had about 3-4 comforters & some sheets . They smelt sooo amazing and they were folded so perfect. They even put a nice detailed touch to the name tag. I'm not sure if this is a family run business but good job you guys. Always clean and not too busy. Rarely see an out of order sign. No restroom, but Walmart is right down the road. They do have free WiFi. But the best part is that the machines take both coins and card. read more

Absolutely love Rocklin Laundry. This place is so clean and the owner is very responsive. His janitor keeps up with the shop and machines. They are all very well cleaned and run very well. If you need a quiet place to get your wash done, I highly suggest coming here. There are benches outside that I was able to sit at to get some work done while I waited for my wash. We have been temporarily going here while we don't have a washer and dryer after a recent move. The store is SPOTLESS. While we were there, an employee swept twice. I also saw them wood down the handles. Also, the workers/ owners (im not sure) weee friendly, outgoing and helpful. I was having a problem with my payment and a lady said 'don't worry it's on us'. Im so impressed. Also, the machines were easy to use and I got six loads of laundry AND my bedding washed, dried and folded within an hour! Impressed for sure! read more

They were experiencing connection issues on their machines and the owner promptly responded and resolved the issue. The owner then went above and beyond and ran the dryer machines free of charge for the inconvenience. I've ran into the owners of the business several times there and they are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance lady and family are also incredibly kind and helpful. This place does not offer public restrooms. I'm sorry, but did management consider that laundry can take several hours to do. I just spent over $30 in washing (haven't even gotten to drying). I think that's enough $ to justify a public restroom. I will not be back because of this. Otherwise, it is a nice, quiet little place in old town Rocklin. read more

I mostly use laundromats for large blankets, or when we let laundry get out of control, but there was a time when I went to one every week. I thought i had found the best back then, but Rocklin Laundry really takes the cake! Their facilities are always clean, they have a good selection of machine sizes, and I have yet to see one out of order. To top it off, my daughter lost her favorite shirt, and when I called they went out of their way to check the facility for me, and did so happily! If I could give this zero stars I would but Yelp wants a rating so ONE star. thought I had found a nice quiet well run laundromat with great parking, and hours that work for everyone. After a few weeks I'll fast forward to today -- now in fact as I write my review. The washer I chose this morning at 6:00 AM when they opened should have not been in service yet there was no sign on it. I use coins and the return button is not working and would not return my stick coin. Of course I had already put in my scent boosters, detergent and fabric softener so those are a loss. I took my clothes out and put them into another washer. That machine appears to be operating properly but I'll see after the dryer finishes. I called the owner who said if I had called me right away she could have started the washer for me. Where is that information posted??? Then I referenc d their sign about people with allergies and not to wash pet bedding in their laundromat. I have life threatening allergies to some foods and beverages like millions of others in the USA alone. Laundromat customers bring food and drinks in every time I'm here but the owners do not care one bit!!! Owner quote -- 'I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT BUT IF I COULD CATCH PROPLE WASHING THEIR PET BEDS I WOULD BAN THEM' The sheer audacity of a group of women owning a business. They clearly do not know the meaning of equality -- all customers allergies must be treated the same. By the way -- people are not allergic to pets -- it is a biological impossibility. There is a small chance one could be sensitive to an animal's dander which are particles added to the hair of the animal by grooming itself but can not be the hair or skin of the animal itself. Regular shampooing will limit the dander and should reduce the persons sensitivity. People doctors are not aware of this and will probably deny it if asked. Their MULTIFOLD paper towels were loaded into the dispenser incorrectly making any cleanups or just washing hands impossible. I looked at several other machines and found hair in all of them which shows they are not responsible owners. The owners of this laundromat cost me about $5.00 today, multiple inconveniences, were rude, disrespectful and showed blatant disregard for human life in denying me allergy accommodation by allowing food and beverages into their business. Why can't they post a sign with a general request regarding the removal of all potentially fatal allergy reacto. I guess their bottom line $$ make them think they don't have to comply. One more thing -- besides quarters they accept debit and credit cards. There is a lock box on the machine to insert debit and credit cards but ROCKLIN laundromat charges a $.50 cent fee to use them. Attention ALL business owners -- it is ILLEGAL to charge any fee for debit card use -- they are the same as cash. Look up the Federal regulations regarding debit cRd use and merchant requirements. I see fines coming your way ROCKLIN Laundromat -- and their Lincoln California location also. It is my hope that these owners will lose their businesses. I have photos and will file a claim with the Department of Consumer Affairs and other appropriate law enforcement entities. Businesses with this kind of attitude and behavior do not belong in the United States. Owners who project hate crime activists -- non--accommodation of lethal allergies definitely qualify as a hate crime -- have no business. thinking they can own a business in the United States of America. Best laundromat I've ever been to. I had two large items I wasn't sure how to wash so I decided to go to a laundromat. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and the lady even helped me determine the correct settings on the washer and dryer to best launder my items. Dang I was impressed! Clean newly remodeled but no public restrooms. Why? The old laundrymat had a bathroom. When your doing laundry for several hours it would be nice to be able to use the restroom. Had to leave my laundry and run home. The small machines didn't seem to wash as great as the bigger machines. I had to re wash a small load cause it did not clean properly. I called this laundromat to find out if they had large-capacity washers and dryers to wash all of my covers to my couches and my pillows and they answered the phone and helped me out and told me they did. So I went in to do my laundry which I haven't done at a laundromat in quite some time so I felt a little out of place. Plus with all the new fancy washers and dryers I wasn't sure what to do.
