This laundry is so clean and not a broken machine in sight. Located next door to a Mexican restaurant, Lorenzo's, for that reward of a meal for doing chores. You must call to get a code from Debbie, the owner, to use the bathroom as it's for customers only. A slight annoyance, I'm Deaf, but didn't need to use it so I didn't have trouble with that yet. Plenty of folding space and at least one game to keep my kid busy. read more

We discovered this laundromat when our washer decided to stop working. We needed to save money for a couple of months before we could buy a new washer. This place saved us!!!!! It was close enough to our house in Antelope and there were plenty of washers and dryers to use. Plus there was a maxi washer that could easily handle a comforter and other clothes at the same time. I don't remember the prices because this experience happened several years ago. There was a television and a vending machine with snacks. We went several times over two to three months and it was never crowded. Plus the machines did a great job of cleaning the clothes!!!!! They have a variety of sized state of the art machines and payment systems allowing a choice of coin or credit. You can pay by the 5 or 7 minute (based on machine size) for drying. This is good flexibility. I give them 4 stars because- I called 3 TIMES for the restroom pin and nobody answered! The "emergency" telephone number option is inoperable. I'll be darn I came back and the phone is working though I just tried the restroom code option. read more

I brought my three comforters here for the first time. The machines were easy to use and did a great job cleaning my blankets. I like that they have a play area for kids with books and whiteboard magnets. Also, the quartz countertops are beautiful. Same ones I chose for my bathroom at home! Hah! Horrible recent experience. One of the washing machines bleached light blotches all over my dark work clothes. I called to let the owner know and was asked which machines I'd used. I told her and she said she was afraid it was one of the ones I'd used ($3 top loader), that I should use the silver ones instead. As far as I'm concerned the whole "management is not responsible" policy only applies if the machinery is maintained. Taking customer's money for a service you are too shifty to guarantee is bad business. Her awful machines ruined $300 of my work clothes. Do NOT use this laundromat. read more

I actually really liked this laundry facility there is a really nice Mexican store across the street where you can order good food while you wait for your clothes . Usually people that frequent this facility are pretty nice and relatable. However, now that' they've gone up drastically on prices my family and I can't afford to wash here anymore. Prices jumped up by at least two dollars and I also noticed when I use my card it charges more than it's suppose to. I never said anything about it before because I still found it affordable but now no, we definitely have to find somewhere else to wash such a bummer. read more

I was looking for a clean laundromat to wash clothes. I lived the fact that it smells good as soon as you open the door. There was no trash on the floors, floors were mopped clean, and washers & dryers were clean. I'm short and was unable to reach the top of the front load washers (to add the soap). I asked if I could use a step stool, and staff were courteous and helpful. I was told that the place will be expanding and the new machines will have the soap loading in the front of the machines. Looking forward to see that and looking forward to wash at the other locations. Forgot to mention that they have an option to use card as payment and the music playlist was great. read more

I love this laundromat it's super clean and very affordable, However I don't suggest using your credit card because there seems to be a lot of hidden signs!! You will not see them tell after you have paid! I hope this business reconsiders where they have placed their signs for the customers benefit. read more

So it's been over a year since my last review of Paradise Laundry. I still use their services on a weekly or at most biweekly basis. While I still feel this is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used I was disappointed that they stopped offering Wi-Fi. I'm not sure what prompted that decision but it's definitely a bummer. I will still continue to use them because of the cleanliness but wish they would bring the Wi-Fi back! I may actually look to use a fluff and fold service because I really used the Wi-Fi to get me through the time I was sitting and waiting. Without that I definitely feel like it is more of a chore to be at the laundromat. read more

My laundry machine at home is broken and I'm slacking on ordering the part to fix it. In the weeks that have passed I obviously still needed to do laundry. Am I a professional laundromat guy? Maybe more than most. My uncle owns a few and has told me about the business and I have seen his stores. Anyways, this place is great! The first time I came to this laundromat I was concerned that I may have not brought enough quarters. Turns out I didn't need them at all. This place accepts plastic. :) The place is clean, has wifi (which i'm currently using to write this review), tons of machines, decent music playing, an arcade machine, vending machines and friendly people that come here to do laundry. And for whatever reason... coming here to do my laundry is always a very therapeutic experience. Soon when I have no reason to visit a laundromat I think I'll find myself missing these trips. The place is moderately clean and has a lot of washers - single, double, triple and GIANT. There's a video game and candy crane machine to keep the kid/s occupied which is nice. I wish there were more places to sit. There are just a couple small benches and no tables so for people like me that hope to work on the laptop and get some work done, this is problematic. I ended up just standing and watching my clothes wash and dry which, aside from being boring, turns into a pretty big waste of time. Added to that is the fact the dryers are single-load only and slow- expect to be here a long time and doing a lot of standing around. To the owner I'd say that while I realize a table or two would displace a money-making machine, it, in my mind, would pay off in the way of more people coming here. read more

I've never been here before, I used to go to an older laundry around the corner from here. They said they're temporarily out of hot water so i had to find somewhere else to do laundry today... Paradise Landry is super clean and convenient. Able to pay with debit card. Only downfall is if you pay with a card you get charged the hot water fee. But look at it as a convenient charge. Change machines available for use. I'm satisfied and will probably return as needed. I have a washer and dryer at home but for bigger items this is the place for me!! read more

This place is awesome, despite my washer breaking! I had six large loads and got them done in about an hour and a half! It was clean which was my only concern really! The bathrooms were clean, as were the washers and dryers were also! They have entertainment for adults and children while your waiting; tv, games, vending machines. Unfortunately due to a fire evacuation and power outage, I was out of home, hotel hopping, and running low on clean clothes. Paradise Laundry was close to the hotel I was staying at. It was not busy. Very convenient that the machines take credit cards. There are several sizes for washing machines. The space was clean and well kept. I had two friendly people help me while I was there as I was a bit confused since I have not used a laundry mat in such a long time. The machines were quick to both wash and dry my clothes. I like paradise Laundry Roseville East I have tried other laundry facilities and I like the fact that this is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere plus while doing my laundry I saw a worker going threw cleaning to make sure it was nice and clean and I thanked her for keeping it so clean they have 2 different size washer they have the regular size and they have larger sizes and they also have free WiFi to use while you are waiting for your laundry to get done I definitely appreciate them have this free feature they also have different size dryers as well they Evan have a laundry soap purchasing machine that you can purchase individual sizes so you can use for single washes they also have a change machine and they also have e a machine that you can use your debit card that they charge in case you don't have cash on you which I never have cash on me so the charge machine definitely works better for me more convenient for sure I highly recommend paradise Laundry Roseville they are very clean very nice I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you paradise laundry read more

I have never met someone that hasn't been to a laundry mat. Nothing embarrassing about that. I mean we all do laundry. Emergencies happen and laundry still needs to get done. It is great to find a laundry mat you can count on. See my dog went on my bed today and instead of being a good dog she decided to pee on my comforter and if your like me your comforter is huge and of course it didn't fit in my washer at home. Found this place on yelp... This place is not only clean it is Eco-friendly and affordable. They have large machines that fit up to 50lbs of clothes. The even bigger bonus from this place, Is that you can use your credit card. I mean who has tons of quarters just stashed away. This is my 4th week utilizing the laundromat here in Roseville (travel nurse.) I was so impressed with the environment, but today is my final trip. I washed scrubs for work and put them in dryer 34 for 35 minutes to dry. Went to grocery store and returned to wet clothes. Another customer told me the dryer is broken, but there wasn't any sign on it. Wasted $$ and time and I still have wet work clothes. This is a very good place to do laundry. The facility was clean and safe. I had to do some emergency laundry because we are remodeling our house and our machines are not hooked up now. I loved the free wi-fi and cable tv. They also have a nice restroom. We enjoyed the snack/beverage vending machines. I have gone to tiny living and have given up my washer and dryer. It's been over 25 years since I've been to a laundry mat ! I found this place safe, clean and I had to even call the service desk the evening I was there and had prompt professional service. The three size regular, big and huge professional washers along with a lot of massive dryers making my laundry chore fast and pain free. This place is absolutely amazing. I've only ever gone to laundromats to wash blankets and other large items and in the past they have been so sketchy and a bit "forgotten". This place however. FANTASTIC! My daughter and I come once every couple weeks to wash all our towels in one shot. She is three and loves it here. They have games for littles to play and they have free wifi so yay for the iPad. The equipment is new and top of the line. And you can use your credit/debit card to pay and they just brought in Apple Pay. Absolutely awesome. They have plenty of space to sit. Lots of table space to fold laundry after too. They have an attendant who is usually working and cleaning and keeping it clean. If you have to go to a laundromat, come to this hidden gem but please keep it clean like the rest of us do. read more
