I didn't receive any additional testing or treatment for this and the combined bill was in excess of 600. I now owe towards my deductible for a routine eye exam. Upon further examination, I brought it up to their front office and was immediately countered with a copy of my signature. The exchange here felt very contractual as opposed to medical and they only care about your diagnosis as a means of having more ways to bill insurance companies. Beware
