They give you calls as the process makes progress. The first appointment is where they come in and measure your kitchen Countertops using laser to get the accurate measurements. The technician came on time and was very professional. The next appointment is the actual installation. They gave me a call and gave a heads up that the since the stone was too large and if it didn't go in, they might have to take it back to their site, cut it and bring it back. I liked the fact that they gave me this heads up. We had 4 technicians come over to bring the stone inside and they were very thorough in their job. The final installation looks great! I strongly recommend them.

Finally when we told him it was for a powder room project he told us that the minimum order was $800. At that point it was crystal clear that he wasn't interested in helping us - HUGE mistake walking in. Anyone with a smaller job should steer clear! It's really easy to see why more and more people go to the "Big Boxes" for things like this. Thankfully American Granite is 100 yard's away!

We didn't want to replace it as it was costing so much already. What we got was one with that space but no access to our outlet. Also the cabinet over the stove was for a microwave/fan combo. When I called about I was told she couldn't do anything for me as we signed the contract approving it. Knowing what our plans were and what we wanted she should have brought it to our attention. 3) I don't think the kitchen designers are much like designers just sales people with measuring training. I was told to choose my tiles for a back splash. What I chose was very busy for my countertops. I have no experience in this kind of thing. Had she been a real designer she would have guided me something else.

However, there was a good amount of staff available to answer any questions. Loved the selection that was in the store. I can't speak to the value because it's my first time looking at fixtures as an adult, so I can't speak to the price -quality ratio. We found AJ helpful by calling the only other location in Maple Grove for the amount of tile we needed. You can return full cases but not individual sheets of tile unless you bought them that way. The tiles range from basic shapes to glitzy! Beautiful wood, laminate and stone flooring as well; drove to Maple Grove and to our surprise our glass backsplash on a close out $37 per case(15) sheets Luscious glass tiles originally over $8.00 per sheet now a steal Three cases and we were out! Ample parking. Great staff. Designers for free but no installers. I would go back! The icing on the cake? Design manager Nick called me today when he saw we bought one sheet big that tile at Apple Valley to take to Maple Grove who had more stock. I mean who first that now days? Purchased WATERPROOF laminate flooring for the family room. Installed it and our pet had an…read moreaccident on the floor. It wasn't noticed right away so the cleanup didn't happen for about an hour. The next day, when dusting the floor, we noticed it was bubbling at the seam between boards. We took pictures and brought them to the store in Apple Valley, MN and they referred us to the Florida manufacturer. Our complaint was sub contracted to a service that does that sort of thing. Long story short - they denied any responsibility. We will have to go to small claims court to pursue this. In the meantime we are out 1250.00 and have to replace the flooring with a totally vinyl flooring we purchased from Home Depot. Which is what we should have done from the start. I wouldn't buy another thing from Floor & Decor. They are sadly not customer orientated.

While they were completing the project, one of the workers went into our spare bathroom, rummaged through my wife's jewelry (which was partially hidden), and stole my wife's wedding ring. We discovered the theft while they were still working in the master bathroom and I spoke to the foreman (the only decent person on the team). He apologized repeatedly, and was very cooperative, but he knew, as we did, that the ring was long gone by then. They had already been in our house for 3 days and multiple members of the crew had been in that spare bathroom throughout the project, so there was no way to know who actually committed the theft. We filed a police report for the felony theft, but of course nobody admitted to the theft. Rebath has done absolutely nothing to compensate us! We have called multiple times, and are repeatedly told there is nothing they can or will do. Total POS company. DO NOT HIRE REBATH!
