This place is stocked full of Dash small appliances. I have such a weakness for the brand. I own the small griddles and waffle makers, but not the one that does a gingerbread person waffle. As much as I want one because it's cute, I decided to use some willpower and moved on. I ended up getting a tweezer case with a mirror that goes up to 15x magnification. I don't have a case for my tweezers when I travel and the mirror doesn't hurt to have. It was on sale. It works well! I went to pay for my item. The woman at the checkout area was friendly, I paid with a credit card and didn't experience any issues. I thanked the woman and left. You can place an order and pick it up here when it's ready. Like any remodel, you find challenges and this team was able to solve them with ease. HIGHLY recommend them! When you do your research, look at how many 5-stars this company has. We were updating our kitchen and a half bath. I found their pricing easy to understand and I felt they were fair and easy to make changes. Their bid included plumbing so it was one stop service. We purchased the new sink and faucet and they were in charge of the installation. Once we decided to hire RockSmith, it was fairly easy to work with them. Go to MSI Surfaces and select our slabs and tag them to us and RockSmith. Once this is done, we scheduled a time for RockSmith to come and do laser measuring. (THIS IS AWESOME). This followed by going to RockSmith to pick a specific area we wanted to be the peninsula. Billing was easy. While they were completing the project, one of the workers went into our spare bathroom, rummaged through my wife's jewelry (which was partially hidden), and stole my wife's wedding ring. We discovered the theft while they were still working in the master bathroom and I spoke to the foreman (the only decent person on the team). He apologized repeatedly, and was very cooperative, but he knew, as we did, that the ring was long gone by then. They had already been in our house for 3 days and multiple members of the crew had been in that spare bathroom throughout the project, so there was no way to know who actually committed the theft. We filed a police report for the felony theft, but of course nobody admitted to the theft. Rebath has done absolutely nothing to compensate us! We have called multiple times, and are repeatedly told there is nothing they can or will do. Total POS company. DO NOT HIRE REBATH!

When I called about I was told she couldn't do anything for me as we signed the contract approving it. Knowing what our plans were and what we wanted she should have brought it to our attention. 3) I don't think the kitchen designers are much like designers just sales people with measuring training. I was told to choose my tiles for a back splash. What I chose was very busy for my countertops. I have no experience in this kind of thing. Had she been a real designer she would have guided me something else.

The shower replacement took two days, one for removal and one for installation. While I'm satisfied with the shower itself, I'm not satisfied with how the new shower panels match with the existing wall. The existing walls were damaged during demolition. The plastered it. An existing floor tile was broken and they tried fixing it. I should have expected some damage. What upset me the most was they didn't tell me they broke a tile. I had to discover it myself. They offered of replace it but I didn't have any extra tiles. Their contract says they will not paint among other things they will not do. So now I need to find a painter and hope the matched paint I bought matches the plastered area and hope the entire bathroom won't have to be painted. I have to live with the cracked tile and the only solution to that is to re-tile the entire bathroom. What I accepted as a very expensive shower replacement turns out to be even more expensive.

We talked with salesman and decided to get a quote for bath tub, surround, and installing a vanity. The salesman used is of the high-pressure variety, apparently that is the style that they use. When mentioning that we don't like high pressure tactics, our price dropped from over 10,000 to 8,500. When explaining how amazed we were with this 2 day job costing more than we made in a month it dropped to7,500. When telling him to leave, he called his manager and said that if we promised to write this review he would drop it to 6,400. Ready for this - "if I walk out the door, the price is gone forever." Here is your promised review, I hope you like it. The installer could not understand the mess of instructions left by salesman. He was to cut out the bottom 2 feet of drywall from the walls and screw in place new drywall that we would finish. This made him wonder why he was installing a vanity that I would need to remove to complete the walls... so he didn't do it, and I still paid the 200 for him to do it. We had a gap where the new surround was pulling away from the walls. Installer says this happens because our gap from corner of wall to tub was less than 3". ---would have been good to know in the first place. His repair looks pretty shoddy for 6400 bucks... In the end, after I spent 3 days finishing the bathroom, it looks nice. Not 6400 nice, but nice. The quality of product was good, installation was okay, and sales process awful (2 hours to get this jerk out of our home...)

I ordered some gardening items for pick up from the Apple Valley Menards. I picked the up last…read morenight (Saturday) around 8 pm (they are open until 10 pm). After scanning my bar code to get into the pick up yard and parking in the first pick up spot, I walked into check in at the desk. Upon approaching the desk, I saw an employee in front of the desk, avoid eye contact with me, didn't say anything and turned and walked away from me. I assumed that he was not responsible for the check in desk so just wanted to avoid me. I could see another employee at another desk nearby. I ran the bell for service. The guy at the other desk came over and greeted me. He then pointed out that the first guy who didn't know acknowledge me in anyway, was not coming towards us with a cart filled with my order. I was very surprised by this but I suppose he got my info when I scanned into the yard and I was the only customer around. Curious to find out if this guy would ever make eye contact with me, I moved over to wear he pulled the cart with my stuff in it. He proceeded to print and hand me a receipt and stated that I had to give it to the gate attendant all without looking at me. He then pushed a button which opened a big door blocked from the inside with a fork lift. Without looking at me or the door, he told me I could exit out that door. I said, am I supposed to get out this door? He looked at the door blocked by the fork lift and said, "sorry," and opening another door. That door was mostly blocked by carts and some posts but I was able to squeeze through with my cart. I went out and loaded up my bags of potting soil one by one while my cart kept rolling as the area is not flat. Luckily the bags were fairly light so I was able to load them. This is night and day from my last pick up from this Menards. The employee who was working at the pick up desk Saturday, July 18th around 8-8:40 pm needs some major customer service training. I will try to get my items from a different store next time.

We did do this during the Labor Day sale and got several hundred dollars off our total. Our appliances were delivered without issue. We do have a panel of our oven that has a broken clip and it's in process of being replaced. We also were able to take advantage of the Dakota County energy saving rebate which I will see on my next bill. Good experience overall.

I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.
