Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. (I had to reverse into a garage, and she gave me a "thumbs up".) A third employee performed the inspection. He was efficient. Despite failing three parts of the inspection, the members of this location were helpful. A fourth member attempted to fix a failed part of my vehicle. This team's overwhelming help led me to give them a perfect score. I would recommend this store because of its outstanding behavior and professionalism.

When price shopping, the lowest quote I received was 400. Highest I received was almost 800. They were friendly and helpful in the messaging process on Yelp and close to my house so I went with them. I'm new to the area and was going in blind. Dropped my car off late last night. The drop off was very simple. They make it extremely accessible for tow trucks to plop the car down and I had no worries about leaving my car there overnight. They were messaging me about it by 9 AM the very next morning. It was not what I thought it was, and the repair ended up costing me half of what I expected. They made sure to contact me before continuing the work, even though it was less than originally quoted. They got the part ordered and the job was done by lunchtime. When my fiance went to pick the vehicle up, she told me to write a review immediately because of how friendly they were. She even overheard the mechanic who worked on my car trying to reassure someone on the phone about the job they were working on in a way that you can tell he was dealing with an angry customer and handled it in stride. The receptionist was also extremely kind and helpful when picking up and when I spoke with her on the phone. I don't know what else to say about these guys. I had my vehicle inspected. I called and received an appointment…read more I was able to drop the vehicle off prior during normal business hours. The folks in the office are beyond professional and down to earth. It took two and the vehicle failed for a signal bulb and rotors. I was able to take it back to my mechanic whom sent me to this location and get the repairs done. After getting the repairs taken care I took my vehicle back and without any additional cost it was reinspected and passed. It cost $110 and that covers the vehicle for 30 days and reinspection.

He called and said that no one there had any knowledge of damage being done to the vehicle but admitted that it was fine when I left it. Something was either dropped or fell on my vehicle to cause that damage. If they would have been Honest and Ethical they would have just said there was an accident with your vehicle but we will make it right but instead lied to me about. A 10 plus year customer and they elected to say F off. Never again.
