When I went to speak with him he asked me for the convenient store receipt that he gave me (as if that would've showed him anything) because it's not itemized. When price shopping, the lowest quote I received was 400. Highest I received was almost 800. They were friendly and helpful in the messaging process on Yelp and close to my house so I went with them. I'm new to the area and was going in blind. Dropped my car off late last night. The drop off was very simple. They make it extremely accessible for tow trucks to plop the car down and I had no worries about leaving my car there overnight. They were messaging me about it by 9 AM the very next morning. It was not what I thought it was, and the repair ended up costing me half of what I expected. They made sure to contact me before continuing the work, even though it was less than originally quoted. They got the part ordered and the job was done by lunchtime. When my fiance went to pick the vehicle up, she told me to write a review immediately because of how friendly they were. She even overheard the mechanic who worked on my car trying to reassure someone on the phone about the job they were working on in a way that you can tell he was dealing with an angry customer and handled it in stride. The receptionist was also extremely kind and helpful when picking up and when I spoke with her on the phone. I don't know what else to say about these guys.
