Not wanting to go with Jonathan, the previous owner went the easy route to get the home sold and covered it up with cement and repainted. I still bought the home thinking (and secretly hoping) that the main problem was not a big deal and was quickly fixed then painted over. Fast forward 3 months later and the stucco problem could be seen from the road. Well...I could see it noticeably after our unusually heavy winter rainy season. The wall was rotting and pushing the stucco out. I saved the information my realtor gave me regarding getting the exterior cleaned and repaired and not wanting to search around for someone else. I gave him a call. Jonathan and crew were amazing. I sent him photos of the damaged areas ahead of his estimate and he told me everything was 100% fixable. He came out and not only did he take a look at what I was most concerned about, he examined the entire outside and found more problem areas. He even told me that I might have an armadillo due to some holes in the dirt. We scheduled a day and time to fix the main problem wall and all the little touchups. While it took a few days to do it, it looks so much better than it did before. I definitely trust this company to do painting and stucco anything. I'm a much happier homeowner.
