The owner Terry was extremely helpful and professional. He delivered the photo stand and set it up. Terry also stayed at the event and showed everyone how to use the photo stand. On top of operating the photo stand the owner also recorded and took pictures of the whole graduation party so there was no need to book a photographer because he captured all the amazing moments that would have normally been missed. I would definitely recommend renting the Digital Photo Stand/w Photo Booth and the whole experience from Let's Party Rental Services. The price was reasonable considering everything that came with the experience, for my next event I will be booking through them again!

I requested a picture of the Santa I was booking before I would commit as I wanted to ensure the Santa "look". I was pleased with the photo staff sent of Santa P. Santa P's appearance and his velvet costume with real looking fur, and went ahead and booked. I reached out prior to our event as I had not received a booking confirmation. I left a message in without any reply. I called again the day of our event to ensure we actually had a Santa coming (It was a Sunday and they were understandably closed.) I left another VM. I had no email/phone contact for Santa P, and had to move forward by having a neighbor come prepared to be Santa for our event. I was thrilled when A Santa walked through the door, despite the fact that I had a backup Santa there, and I had scrambled all day to prepare for the possibility no Santa would show up due to the lack of communication. I was surprised it was most certainly NOT Santa P that I had booked. His costume was mediocre, red flat cotton, not real fur, I was disappointed in his appearance (He reminded me of Bad Santa) but -happy that we had an "awesome" Santa persona. We went over the plan, as this Santa said he had been given no instructions from your company and wasn't sure what he would be doing despite the fact that I had provided that information to you. I reviewed our simple itinerary with him. The minute he walked into the room I knew I was in for disappointment. His voice was completely un-characteristic of Santa. There was nothing Santa about it. It was of higher pitch-Nothing jovial or jolly. His appearance was ackward, almost painful-Parents in the room exchanged glances and I wished I could stop him from continuing. During the meet and greet he seemed even more nervous and uncertain of what to say to the kids, sentences were un-natural. He needed to be reminded several times to give the children their gift. I feel positively terrible as he was nice and I wish it were different. As a business owner I understand negative reviews and how you may think this may be an issue in my perception. Let me assure you-this is not the case. Several guests attendance were chattering about our Santa while in the gift shop. You can imagine my surprise when a SECOND SANTA showed up. He showed me an email, sent by your staff member E, stating that the original Santa had "bailed" and they were in need of a Santa for our event just a few days prior. Really? Is this why I could not get a confirmation? And this man showed up 30 minutes late if he was going to be our Santa? I'm not sure exactly what was going on. -If you could not confirm you had the Santa that I booked, I wish that you would have notified me, especially considering I was not sent the Santa that I agreed to book through your company. In hindsight it seemed a very real possibility that no Santa may have arrived at all. *I reached out for a response/resolution 10 days ago. I have sent a follow up email to ensure the complaint was delivered to a supervisor/manager. A staff member C stated she printed it and handed it to her manager herself. I have still not received a single response from your company. That is shameful and extremely un-professional. I cannot imagine simply ignoring an extremely dissatisfied customer. I wish you would have reached out.

For first 9 months, things were okay until the driver who came each week for cleaning, finally retired. After that, things got lousy real fast. The new driver assigned to our area was changing every week or two. They didn't show up to clean the unit weekly as scheduled. We often went 10-14 days with no cleaning and had to call dispatch. If they did show up, they did a half-baked job. They tore up part of our yard because they couldn't back into our driveway properly. They often lied to dispatch and said they stopped, but never did many times. We had to pay extra in winter months for winterizer. But the drivers never used it and everything froze. Then when they came to clean the next week, they couldn't clean it properly due to freezing, which merely compounded the situation. The drivers claimed we blocked their access to the unit with our cars. It was their excuse to dispatch to avoid having to stop and clean the unit. It was a lie though since we ensured the unit was free when they were scheduled to come. For the one or two times a car was in the way, someone was available to immediately move it each time. Toward the end, dispatch got tired of us calling and tried covertly take the unit back one day after we had just paid for that month. They assumed we would not be on site that day and be able to intervene in the situation. We had to intervene with the driver and get him to put the unit back in place. Finally, a few weeks later, we canceled the service altogether and went with a competitor. Absolutely horrible service!

We tried to rush to the venue last minute because they showed up a day early. After that, the head caterer was extremely rude. The day of the wedding, the same male caterer also made several rude comments to our family members who were inquiring about when the appetizers would be served. He said to my grandmother (who paid for the caterer) "they'll be ready when you see me set them on the table." He made this comment to various other guests as well. Besides this man, the rest of the staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on how great it was. They are also very fairly priced!
