Audio system was great and had a big sink and also a bathroom. We had the bus when it was 90 degrees+ outside so you could say it was a bit toasty inside. But overall working with "Andrew" and his driver "Tyrone" they were really professional and the highlight of the night for majority of the people in our group was the Party Bus! Lonnnnng lonnnng story short, The group hired Buses in that area to fulfill their itinerary trip. Andrew avoided both the customer and my calls. I cannot blame the customer at all for doing what they had to do. I was such a terrible mess! When I finally talked to him( while stranded on his broken down bus for 5 hours), Im upset about the whole scenario and his lack of concern his buses broke down, his customers needs answers and a back up plan( that he us solely responsible for!!, and how you leave your Drivers high and Deserted! So?I said to Andrew, "What are we going do?what are you going to do? Andrew: "I dont know what you want me to do about it, im in a plane right now headed to Vegas( with his fiance)". Told me to figure it out( lol- He's the one with the $$$ and calls the shots( approval). I WAS DUMBFOUNDED!! I Knew at that moment I QUIT! STRANDED ALL THOSE DAYS NOT HEARING FROM HIM, I had to hustle my own way back home to Ohio(And I had my 8 year old grandaughter that accompanied me on this trip, that he also had knowledge about). I texted him the next day, and I told him that I wanted my compensation for that trip(1200.00)!! I lost 4 days of my life for working for you. He had bottled water on the bus at all times and put up with our shenanigans with a smile on his face. Don is amazing and I would recommend him a hundred times over. The bus itself is pretty cool. It easily accommodated our party of 10 with more room to spare. As pictures show, there is a fake LED fireplace.. a little tacky but then again.. you are in a limo bus. Smooth ride. Loud sounds system you can plug your phone into (not the iPhone X though). I recommend this company completely.. specifically Don and his bus. When you ask what was broken, they respond that everything is functional and no damage was done. They go on and charge your account $500 and never give you the reason for doing so. When we tried to contact them multiple times, there was no response to our continuous emails and calls. Seven months later, we are still dealing with the repercussions of this horrible company. TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have heard numerous reports that DIDDY parties have been held here, too. Adam was SO accommodating our Event with changes in dates & numbers of family members as well as needing seats with buckles for our 3 youngest needing car seat safety. Joe our driver couldn't have made our experience more perfect! We gave him the map of all the places we wanted to drive by so they could reminisce & share their memories and stories with all of us. Joe not only drove us to each destination, but he stopped & waited very patiently while they shared their stories! Starting at the home where Mom & Uncle were born & raised in, My Grandma & Grandpas home where they moved to until they passed, the Old Cemetery where they lay to rest with many generations of family. We drove by where they used to work/retired from ( if the buildings were still there) and even a couple places they used to have beers & cut loose when they were in their prime haha. We got out at the Veterans Park to stretch where the Parmly Hotel used to stand-where my Grandmother was a desk clerk & met my Grandfather- the traveling Salesman from Massachusetts. The leaves were so beautiful & the day was perfect to walk around the park & listen to their continued stories. We proceeded to everyone's 1st homes where we all raised our children and shared more fond memories!! We ended at the new BEAUTIFUL William Vincent Winery on the Lake in Madison to share some wine & snacks. Highly Recommend! This was not Joes typical bus run & he shared with Us how much he enjoyed us as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunset Taxi. She, the guardian, and her dad, the veteran, were on the manifest for an Honor Flight Cleveland flight to Washington DC on October 15th. Not being from the area, she googled transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, gave Danny a call and made a reservation. She probably texted him a dozen times, paranoid that something may go wrong and she and her dad would miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Danny was very kind and patient, and assured and reassured her that it would be fine. Well it was better than fine. Toni was their driver who was actually 7 minutes early for the 2:45AM pickup after confirmation texts the day before and another one when he was on his way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Toni opened our doors for us, he chatted with us about the area and his different jobs and his skating and the trip, even though it wasn't a very long one to begin with, was over in a blink.
