On time and a true gentleman.. he helped everyone of us ladies on and off the bus in our heals. Would drive around the block to find the perfect place with minimal ice for us to exit the bus sans ice/snow. He had bottled water on the bus at all times and put up with our shenanigans with a smile on his face. Don is amazing and I would recommend him a hundred times over. The bus itself is pretty cool. It easily accommodated our party of 10 with more room to spare. As pictures show, there is a fake LED fireplace.. a little tacky but then again.. you are in a limo bus. Smooth ride. Loud sounds system you can plug your phone into (not the iPhone X though). I recommend this company completely.. specifically Don and his bus. Picture this: you and your friends get together for a blossom concert to enjoy what you have left of the summer, and the next morning, you wake up to an email saying you will be getting charged for "Damages." When you ask what was broken, they respond that everything is functional and no damage was done. They go on and charge your account $500 and never give you the reason for doing so. I contacted my bank, and they issued me the money back, but I got a letter charging for miscellaneous fees. When we tried to contact them multiple times, there was no response to our continuous emails and calls. Seven months later, we are still dealing with the repercussions of this horrible company. TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have heard numerous reports that DIDDY parties have been held here, too. If you wanted to get screwed over so badly, I would suggest having your husband, wife, or a friend DO IT FOR YOU. I REPEAT, THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT!
