I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. There's never a time I drive by that someone doesn't immediately come over to assist me at the payment machine. When using the free vacuums, they even provide clean microfiber towels. Also, if scratches are a concern, there is no need to worry. I can personally attest to this, along with other frequent visitors I've spoken with who come weekly and have experienced no scratching.

I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.
