I'm so sad to see a great gym deteriorate based on poor employee treatment. I still love Pilates and bootcamp, it's the only saving grace, but I can't see myself staying as a customer long term, if my girls miss the only people they felt safe with.

Can I leave zero stars?…read more Don't go here. Don't even consider it. When I moved to Forney in 2024, I quickly found this place as a second home for me and my family. The staff was awesome, the vibes were chill, and the childcare did exactly what it needed to do. Fast forward to 2025 when the gym was purchased by new owners. This is where everything went downhill. Immediately, the music was changed to very non-gym-like music. When the complaints started, the guy at the front desk told me that the new owners/GM were not taking complaints and "don't care what people say." WOW. Second, the A/C began to struggle, equipment broke, and the sauna broke. I learned it was because "they don't have the budget." That's fine, I get it... until I learned they were installing a $15,000 audio system... to play terrible music? The existing audio was working fine; the music selection just sucked. It seems all they care about is trying to make a trendy TikTok to go viral. Time went by and ownership refused to take any accountability for broken amenities or a dirty facility. The staff did what they could with the limited supplies and equipment they were given, but management's only solution was to run a floor-cleaning machine in the middle of peak hours--leaving the entire gym floor a soapy, unusable mess. To make it weirder, they use their Facebook page to air corporate grievances and financial struggles, seemingly wanting members to feel sorry for them, rather than posting actual gym updates or promotions. Now, they have begun to cut staff hours and pay for no reason. The amazing original staff was the only thing holding this place together. We will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. Please don't support this terrible business or its owners.

As many are aware, this company has a history of credibility issues and deceptive business practices. We informed them in February that my son wouldn't be renewing his membership. The Forney GM assured my son that she had removed him from auto-renewal and he was all set. However, after numerous voicemails and a frustrating wait for a callback, she told me that she never said that and would have required a form to be filled out. Despite attempts to contact the GM and Dani Keith on May 6th, May 20th, June 3rd, June 17th, and today, July 1st, his account is still being charged five months later. The GM claimed she has been unavailable for the past month, leaving no one to cancel memberships. It's no surprise that BANDON HOLDINGS, LLC, located at 750 N SAINT PAUL ST STE 250 C/O PMB 59843, DALLAS, TX 75201, has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Jeff Kiecke, a founding member and CEO, should be aware of this issue. When I asked the GM for Dani Keith's phone number, only her email address, Daniel.keith@anytimefitness.com. She sarcastically wished me luck in trying to contact her.

I will share that I spoke to the manager at the Forney location about canceling my membership over the phone. He gave me their hours which on Friday is 5:00 pm. I spoke to him at 4:30 pm. I arrive at 4:42 to see a gentlemen (him) get into his yellow Dodge (I will spare the other color) with gym bag in hand. He looked right at me. I did not appear to be going to workout nor did I have a bag in my hand. When I looked at him, he appeared to be walking back to the building. I didn't pay it much. I thought to myself, "Surely there is someone who can help me inside." That would be a no. After waiting ten minutes outside his office, I learned from the trainer he should be around. He looked for him and of course he was not there. He left early and did not even communicate it to the trainer. The manager left before 5:00 after telling me how long they would be open. I will make an attempt to try this again. I advise to stay away from fitness centers who use the trick of inconvenience to keep you locked in a membership. It's a shame with the use of technology that fitness centers are requiring people to come in to cancel. Only to arrive and "Management" leaves before the communicated time. This is the second fitness center I have used that uses this type of trickery to lock-in clients. It is a poor practice for professionals. The business office times are not even conducive for working professionals.

Manager told me to freeze account for 2 months but I said no cancel. She said its freeze or pay a lump sum. How can I do that if my medical issues cause me debt beyond what I could manager. I had to change my debt cards to stop them. Everyday they tried to deny account 3 times a day. Money hunger! I loved it till I couldn't! Customer service sucks!

I would love to be able to bring a friend with me every now and again. Or even bring someone to see if they would like to sign up. He has always had our backs with our pool issues and very honest about best solutions. We recently had our pool patio redone and everything was done with very pleasing results. The concrete crew led by Lorenzo was also very nice and accommodating. He worked alongside his 5 man crew and everything was done in 2 days. The crew worked hard and quiet and was very neat along the way. And a big plus for the dependability of Tony and also Lorenzo.. they showed up when they said they would. Actually sometimes few mins early. Couldn't be happier with the work and good job they did. A+ I posted before and after photos.

I've been dealing with these folks for months trying to get the equipment fixed on my pool that was damaged in the May 29 storm in Talty/Forney area. Their "30 year veteran" technician has come out to my house on multiple occasions leaving my equipment in various states on UNUSE for weeks at a time. Zero communication with the management staff as to why. I had to be the one to communicate with that. This past month, my pool pump was left in pieces while I was on vacation because "they didn't assemble it" and my pool went not running for the entire week. Now, I am fighting Alge as a result. There is another component of my pool (6 way floor port jets) that has been broken since May 29, and they keep saying they "fixed it". It still leaks like a cive. They kept saying it was an o-ring seal. THE HOUSING IS CRACKED AND THAT IS WHY IT IS LEAKING. They charged me hundreds of dollars for repairs that has resulted in my pool becoming more damaged than what it was. The final straw is when they sent me yet another invoice for $211 after admitting to me (in writing that I am KEEPING for possible small claims court) that their technician screwed up and they are taking responsibility for his malfeasance. Then when I wrote to them that I was not paying for it and if they insisted on perusing that invoice, I would take them to small claims. They sent me a final email saying that there was no need for me to get "ugly" and to never contact them again. (I HAVE ALL THIS IN WRITING). They want to see ugly? Fine, here comes all the bad google, yelp, FB reviews and everywhere else I can post it. I plan on calling small claims court and asking them to pay for damage done to my pool since they accepted responsibility of their technician's actions. Ugly....you got it Sunshine Pools.

However,…read moreI have been trying to speak or correspond with someone there for over a week now and no one ever answers the phone, returns a message or responds to emails. The chat assistant appears to be non-functional and their first available appointment date for anything, even a consultation, is over a week away. I actually sent someone by their location and there was a back soon sign on the door. At this point I'm not even sure it is still open but if you have the time to run over to Forney and check I guess you could. Unfortunately I don't.
