Friendly, courteous and comfortable. Feels real small townish if that's even possible for a medical office. Might be because a lot of the same faces still work here. I had to hold my little boy today while he gasped at each new step of the procedure. Matt explained every part of the process and really eased my mind, even after I asked about the gun concern. Then Nicole came in to start taking pictures of my heart.
