He was very detail oriented and spent a lot of time making sure every bit of the carpet was cleaned. I honestly can't believe how clean they turned out, I thought there was no way they could look like this after years of kids and dogs and stains. Also, considering how incredibly clean the carpets were, they were barely damp. A friend of mine had to replace the pad on his carpet after another company in town cleaned his carpet from leaving it too wet and it molded. I told him about this "horror story" as I was worried about the same situation and he even volunteered to bring in industrial drying fans to help me feel better but in the end, they were so dry there was certainly no need for them.
