When I tell you the owner of this place is an amazing human being - I mean it! We arrived about 30 minutes shy of closing time. We called when we got there and asked if we'd be able to golf because we had driven 3 hours and needed a good stopping point to get out, move around and stretch our legs. Although this lady was closing up, she allowed my friend and I to still golf because we were a party of 2 and could get it done within the 30 minutes. We were so thankful!! This mini golf course is so well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. Very clean and fun to play on because there are different obstacles depending on the hole. This is a hidden gem for out of towners! We didn't see in on our first trip to Salida this summer. When we returned a couple weeks later I noticed the sign and decided to look it up and call for hours of operation. We decided to check it out early one Friday morning before it got too warm. I'm so glad we did! Best landscaped mini golf I have ever seen! The place is beautiful and so well maintained! The owner was so kind and COVID-19 protocols were taken with care including masks inside and clean nice bathrooms, and procedures for sanitizing balls and putters. We really enjoyed the whole experience and I cannot wait to come back! read more

This was a beautiful local Putt Putt place to take our grandchildren and family. The grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping as well as a challenging but fun course. Waterfalls throughout, shaded in areas so it doesn't get too hot ! Highly recommend it! We will be back read more

We headed to Salida to play mini golf but was hit with a rain showering the way. We drove around for a while then when the sun came out we headed over. The lady that checked us in was very friendly,she let us tie up our dog on the patio while we played a round. The grounds had a few extra water traps but when she was not checking people in she was clearing these off. The plants are so beautifully kept in between the holes, looks like a botanical garden! The reason for 4 stars and not 5, honestly, is to grab the attention of the customers who may become upset at the condition of the "greens". The sun and heat at 7,000' ASL is harsh. Play the terrain! You will see where improvements have been made on certain "greens". Others have been damaged, and are need of repair. This shouldn't stop you from playing a round or two. New installs of astroturf have been made on quite a few. After speaking with the owner, new outdoor carpet has been ordered, and as of 21*August*2021, is somewhere in the shipping pipeline. The investment has been made for improvements, but has been largely delayed due to a shallow labor pool. Expect repairs to be made as soon as possible. Now, the 5 stars. Like other reviews state, this place is not just a mini~golf course. It is a landscaped oasis! Living in Salida, one knows that lush, colorful landscapes are few and far between. Not only will you have fun playing this course, you will also have had the opportunity to enjoy the results of the monumental efforts that it takes to create and maintain a meticulously kept garden. Extremely friendly owner, beautiful mini golf course in Salida with an A+ attitude of hospitality and enjoyment. We were visiting Salida for a celebration of my in-laws 50th Anniversary and stopped in for a round of mini golf. It was a hot day, so after the first hole the owner came out with spray bottles and said we might want them to help cool off. He also gave our kids some pointers on the the "water" hole and said it was usually so fun that we might want to try it a few times. Start anywhere on the course, if people are ahead of you is also no problem (which we did, with his advice). There's a shaded area with picnic tables for those who just want to watch, and it's relatively close to Walmart, if someone in the group wants to run errands while others golf. Can you imagine that kind of attitude at most mini golf spots? In any case, we highly, highly recommend this little garden spot / mini golf course. It's on the highway near the Salida Swim Center / Hot Springs Swimming Pool and behind the Country Bounty restaurant. From San Diego / Chicago read more

Is a nice 18 hole course. Greens play very fast which took some getting used to. Some of the hole are raised which ups the challenge on even short putts. There is a fun water hazzard hole with a hole in one possibility. Place was clean and had good bathrooms. Nice patio to sit at afterward. Replay after first round for a discount. read more
