Excellent Service and Highly Professional…read more We recently rented porta potties from Porta Pros, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Our representative, Oralia, was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and ensured all our needs were met during the coordination process. The service itself was flawless: Delivery: Arrived exactly on time. Condition: Units were exceptionally clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Pickup: Completed right on schedule with absolutely no issues. Porta Pros provided reliable, high-quality service, and Oralia made the logistics entirely stress-free. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Four years ago I would have given this business a four star rating. We were planning an outdoor…read moredance party and decided to rent one of their porta pots. We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.

Bought my house a little over 6 months ago and the guest bath has always had a slightly slow drain…read more Same goes for the sinks in our main bath and guest bath (share a wall so likely all go to the same place plumbing wise). Recently did a deep clean for company that was staying and in doing so removed the drain trap from our master shower and cleaned all the hair out. Well I think in doing so a large chunk of hair must have dislodged and gone further down in our pipe. The first shower we took not only did our master shower start to fill with water, the guest bath filled up as well. Tried drano and those at home snakes, but nothing from our do it yourself end was working. I sent an email out through yelp to have a few plumbers bid on the job. I even had one well known plumbing company come out and do a free bid. Their free in person bid to simply clear out the bath drains was $425 and then another $425 if we wanted them to look into the sinks. are you kidding?!? Just to get out some extra hair? Another big through messaging was$300. Brock from Eagle Eye Construction responded within in the hour and said it likely wouldn't cost more than $120 and he would be happy to come take a look. About 20 minutes after he showed up, all drains were working (even the sinks!!) He was professional, clean, straight forward and has our drains working better than before we move in. I highly recommend him for any project and will definitely be keeping him for future needs.

About 62 items in total. They were professional, competent, friendly and informative. They answered all my questions accommodated all my requests, and they did the job in one day. I am very pleased with the finished product. I am signed up for Magic & Perfect continuing whole home inspections yearly service plan. For this electric work Chris gave me a thorough and competitive bid for this job. I will continue to do business with PerfectMagic.

4-year old furnace. Wanted to make sure things still looked good. Communication from dispatch was…read moreexcellent. Tech was super helpful and explained things as he went through the system. Checking voltage, gas pressure, live camera, etc. The new install was done under a "home warranty repair contract," and I knew I wasn't bringing that guy back. But the Magic tech showed me the AC float switch that was never wired correctly, the tape that could have blocked a critical kill switch, and left me knowing everything was okay. He confirmed safeties were working properly (after service). I felt good with the updates done. Combustion assessment has a separate price tag, like an al a carte menu. He researched a replacement UV bulb and found a cost while onsite. There was quite a bit of effort to upsell into service agreements. Aside from that, I will certainly consider them for summer AC, hot water, and heater maintenance. For what I needed at the time, perfect. I am considering a annual service agreement for the heater, AC, and hot water. They are apparently expanding to attic insulation ad well. The negative reviews from "CA customers" are puzzling. They deserve 5-stars.
