    Awesome place - an amazing amount of inventory - if you can't find it there, you can't find it. Jalol is wonderful to work with.

They had a lot of options…read moreto choose from, and for most unbound carpet remnants were able to give me a decent-sized swatch to take home, important for judging colors accurately! Salesman Ray Linsky was attentive but not in the least pushy, and he gave good advice about carpet padding. Once ordered it took about 2 weeks and the area rug created for me was delivered (in town) at no charge. I am extremely pleased with the price and the quality and appearance of the end result.

When we pulled into the empty parking lot, I thought this place was closed. Then my sister pointed out that the neon open sign was lit. So I grabbed my floor and carpet swatches and walked in. Seated behind a desk, was a man on the telephone, who motioned to me to approach. He finished his call and asked how he could help. I showed him my swatches and said that I was looking for 3' x 7' remnant to match them. He looked my carpet swatch, asked how old was this swatch. When I answered it was just a year old, he replied that it was a high-end Karastan carpet and he only sold carpet in 12' widths. I corrected him stating that actually it was Masland, and that I understood him and said other places that I'd stopped by at had remnants of varying widths and lengths. The man stated again that carpet comes in 12' widths, and then added that he didn't mean to be rude but that I had come in with a speciific request and he was telling me that he only had carpet in 12' widths. Finally I answered, "Right, that's fine. And you are rude!" As i turned to leave he called out, "i do have some remnants over here to the right ..." (just I had come in for). Of course I kept on walking while resisting a strong temptation to flip him off. It's no wonder that the parking lot is empty. No or rude service=no customers!

I purchased a sofa…read morewith custom upolstery, but when it was delivered (free delivery!!) the sofa was way too big for my living room. I assumed I was stuck with it, since it was a custom order, but Steve was very kind and understanding. He not only said they would pick up the sofa, but he gave us a loaner sofa to use. We chose a different sofa that was on display and they delivered it within 2 hours!! It's wonderful to know we have good businesses in Bozeman that still offer personal, caring service. Thank you Steve, the delivery guys, and all the nice employees at Rikki's!

    I am SO upset by my experience here! I originally posted how impressed I was by the staff and…read moreservice before and during the sale but my experience after the sale has been less than impressive. My partner and I chose Rikki's because I wanted to replace my 10-year-old Serta mattress. Steve, the manager, really listed to what we wanted and pointed us to an ideal mattress for both of us. When I mentioned Serta online had a deal for 2 free pillows, he let us pick out two we liked, for free, which was nice. When I mentioned concerns about formaldehyde and off-gassing, he promised to open the bag when the mattress was delivered Tues and suggested Thur delivery to me to let it off-gas. I thought ok time off work Thur to have the mattress delivered and was surprised when it came in the original shopping bag. I was also surprised that it appeared to be MUCH softer than the one I wanted as I'd specifically requested firm. But figured it might be the week delay so slept on it that night, the worst sleep I've EVER had. Do I took time off Friday to go to the store and check. Turns out instead of the $2150 mattress I ordered and paid for, the one delivered cost only $400! When I pointed this out to Steve, both he and Rikki blamed Serta - oh sorry, they sent us the wrong one, oh sorry all their codes are so similar we did not know. But. Why wasn't the shipment from Serta checked if they'd had issues? Why was the mattress NOT off-gassed as promised by Steve? Why was the delivery NOT checked BEFORE being loaded and delivered to my house? Any of those things would have discovered the replacement of a $400 mattress instead one that cost $2150! Makes me feel like it was an intentional swap and despite their promises to "make it right" it hadn't been made right. Granted, Steve did have delivered a firm mattress for me to use until mine came in but once again I had to take time off to go home and this time I had to HELP the delivery kid. This experience has been so negative on so many levels. They can't even tell me when my actual bed will be here. Disgusting
