It's an order at a counter style and they bring to you. We ate outside on a table and it was so nice! It's quick, friendly, & easy service. These crepes are delicious - we had a Trail Ridge Road, Long's Peak, Big Thompson, and Breakfast Crepe. My daughter got a Tiramisu styled crepe (forgot the name but it was a July special) and it took a little longer to make but it was worth the wait.

Not the cheapest crepe you'll get, but still decent value. The taste was great, and the service was friendly and relatively quick as well. Tried a savory one this time for lunch, but will definitely return for a sweet one next time I'm in town.

We saw many crepe places in Colorado and decided to give this place a chance. I completely agree that preference differs per person but if a menu item is on the menu I expect quality and taste. The place is quite spacious and they have merch which lead me to believe that they must have good crepes. We decided to venture out and try one of their unique items which was the green apple and Brie crepe. The green apples were raw and hard to chew hence made it difficult to enjoy the crepe. The crepe was also a but undercooked and overall the taste was of smelly feet. The lady was really nice but I do not recommend the food.

The crepes are so good and the service is friendly. I love this place ha ha . It's a bit slow though

A new place with a new taste in town. I am glad we decided to stop in. It was the first week so there might have been a few growing pains but we did not encounter any! The person taking the order was patient as they explained all the options and combinations. We also got meet the owner and most of his family since they were there to support him. We ordered and sat down. It wasn't too crowded not too loud. There were a lot of folks walking by checking out the window mounted menu. I sure hope more than a few stopped in!! Out crepes arrived and were yummy. The only issue we had was the plasticware was brittle and I was not the only person to snap a fork or knife. Saw a few while were ate. The food was warm and fresh. The combinations of meats and cheeses were right on. The next time we wander downtown we now have another great option for food!

Not the best crepes I've ever had. Staff also looked like they were miserable and didn't want to be there.

Wife N. and I make the trip out here from Portland OR each year for a few days of getaway and…read morebasically eat our way around Fort Collins and Denver. This fine sunny and warm Sunday morning found us hopping in (again, we came last year) to La Crêperie to fight the crêpe withdrawals--it's been too long. Interior is very "Parisian cafe", period art, TVs showing videos of the pastry chefs doing their thing. She ordered a hot chocolate to start, and a Parisian crêpe (berries, whip cream, raspberry coulis). I ordered a galette (think square envelope-crêpe) from the savory side. I'd had it last visit and had been looking forward to a redux. I ordered the Professeur Steve, capers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach and brie, which arrived with smoked salmon arranged like a rose at opposing corners (keeps it cold). Oh man, this brie-gooing mushroomy sweet-caramelly onion spinach umami explosion goes perfectly taken in a bite with the salmon. Addiction sated; withdrawals saved off until next June's visit. Wife's crêpe was delicious--everything sweet-toothers love. Hot chocolate is real. Like not from a packet but from a chocco chunk and paid labor somewhere nearby. Whipped cream was real, and thick enough that it could have been sliced and served on its own. Absolutely freaking delicious. Love this place. See you in a year!

With trepidation due to mixed reviews, we set out to La Creperie to satisfy my croissant craving…read more However, no worries--it was all good. Some of the parking is for the liquor store and is signed as such, leaving not a lot of room for eaters to park. We parallel parked on the side street. The woman who greeted us wasn't overly friendly, just business-like, and took us directly to our table. No waiting for us, but it was a July weekday, 10 am. It was busy, but not packed. There were two outdoor seating areas, as well. Our server, Monica, was kind and helpful when answering questions from us old folks. Prompt and attentive was her style, though not overly so. Husband ordered an omelet with meat, which was good, not exceptional. I had a croissant with real butter and great raspberry jam. And fresh slices of avocado as a side order. Croissant was flaky on outside and soft and somewhat airy on the inside, so I fell in love. I drank an unremarkable bagged Earl Grey tea with milk, and my dear enjoyed two Americanos. They serve Lavazza coffee, which I regret not ordering. Afterwards I decided there was too much water in my mug for the little tea bag hence my poor tea experience. Perhaps an additional bag or a smaller cup would've helped. Anyway, it all arrived beautifully and promptly. The decor is slightly cute, though a bit overly decorated (busy) for my taste, but I liked the butter-yellow paint color, and I appreciated the wood furniture instead of metal or plastic. Enjoyed the red and white checked curtains. So overall, it's almost cozy. I despise sitting shoulder to shoulder in restaurants and will walk out if that's how tables are arranged. But that wasn't an issue here. Yay. Also, the woman in the bakery section was nice. Leave your house now and enjoy your trip to La Creperie. Eat a croissant for me, okay?

Came very highly recommended and with good reason. The first official Johnstown restaurant I visited, plus, I'm totally a coffee and crepe girly. I love the old building, has charm and is staffed by friendly people. I am always greeted by someone right away when I walk in, and they always patiently wait and never make me feel rushed as I peruse the fairly well stocked menu with fun names for different coffees and crepes. I love supporting our new (to us) town, and will say, this is the only shop I've seen with town specific merchandise. (Well, besides Buc-ee's) and have purchased a couple Johnstown mugs and magnets. I'm more of a sweet crepe lover, with Baby One More Time and Breakfast at Tiffany's being my favorite as well a variety of coffees, but the breakfast sandwiches are always a hit, and when my parents visit, my Dad likes trying different savory ones. They recently did a little remodel inside with cozy couches, lamps and books! I love it and am so happy our town has such a cool coffee shop!
