After reading the amazing reviews online, I decided to make an appointment with Blanca. I have had Brazilians before but definitely like sugaring better because it's less painful. I found the salon to be very neat and clean. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Blanca my esthetician was very friendly and efficient and made my waxing experience a breeze. I found this place through my sister. She had Blanca the owner. She said she was amazing for full legs and Brazilian. Unfortunately I got Evie. I had a horrible experience. She did not mold the sugar properly. When she pulled it hurt worse than when I had hard wax done at European wax center. And I was a repeat customer there. I was giving this a try because I was told sugaring is better for your skin and hurts less than hard wax. If you go here ask for Blanca only. The other girls are inexperienced. I am a plus size girl. I wear a size XL t shirt and size 18 in pants. Evie had me holding my stomach and pulling tension for her on sensitive areas. She claimed it was because I'm bigger and all of her bigger clients have to hold for her. (Never had to hold for Krystal or anyone that has waxed me b4) she was absolutely horrible. She claimed that I sweat a lot and could not adhere the wax. This was not true. I literally was able to laugh and talk the whole time Krystal did my wax. Sure there were painful moments but Krystal flicks the sugar and it felt like Evie was pulling the sugar up like a hard wax strip when it is in fact sugar. She claimed that since I asked her to stop pulling that way due to my pain and please do smaller sections that it was my fault she could not complete my pre scheduled appointment. She also said the owner blanca booked me incorrectly and did not have enough time. Evie is inexperienced with sugar. She said she came to rococo from a wax center. She needs to have more education on how to work with sugar and mold it. I never will return here. Blanca is hard to get appointments with and her best girl Krystal left. Evie is young and you can tell she does not enjoy her job. She even told me that PCOS patients are more sensitive. I've had PCOS for over 15 years and have never felt this way in a sugar or wax. Evie doesnt know what she is doing. Do not ever book with Evie. read more

I had randomly came across sugaring about a month ago while I was looking up some waxing places. I thought I'd give it a try as the reviews looked pretty good. I'm so glad I did! Michelle was my esthetician, and she was super knowledgeable and nice and took time to explain what it was and the benefits in comparison to waxing. Your first time will take about 45 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. The pain isnt as bad. I mean, its no walk in thr park, but its less than waxing. I used to get waxed regularly and I could never avoid getting painful ingrowns, but I really didn't have that issue with sugaring. I have my follow up today and am strangely looking forward to it. That was NEVER the case with waxing. If you're on the fence about trying it, do it! read more

I booked my appointment online which was super easy, they send out reminders through email and text which I feel is very convenient.So that right there is a huge A+ for me and I walked in I was greeted by a lovely sweet lady name Laura. Blanca was the one who performed my Brazilian sugaring on me which I felt no pain at all, I have had Brazilian waxes a lot and I feel sugaring is way less painful and way better for your skin. I left feeling smooth, my skin was not irritated at all which is shocking bc with wax I'm always irritated with lots of redness. I came to this location before leaving town and I'm annoyed I only found out about it when I left! Michelle did an amazing job! It's been about 10 days and my legs are still so smooth. The sugarist I had rushed my Brazilian, didn't get everything either.. also when she plucked at the end, she kept pinching my skin and I was bleeding. She also never gave me warnings when pulling from very sensitive parts, so it was painful at times. Even got some sugar stuck on me. Not really good technique.. sorry will not come back! I've been getting my sugaring done here for about 7 months and wouldn't go anywhere else. You can book appointments online, or call and request an appointment. I've been getting my work done by Lara and recommend her for any hair removal needs you might have; she's quick, skilled, and so friendly. The process is less painful than waxing, both during and after. I'd been getting waxed for about 6 years before trying sugaring and I much prefer it to waxing. I just had my first virgin Brazilian wax. Blanca was the esthetician that had done my sugaring and let me tell you, it wasn't what I had expected. Did it hurt? Of course! It was my first time. But leaving afterwards. NO PAIN. She did a sugaring and not a waxing which is a slower process but way less painful. She educated me on a lot of tips and different things she does as well. This was my first experience here and wont be my last. And to top it off it is very well kept up inside. Very clean and nicely decorated. O...M...G. Why have I not been sugaring this whole time in my brazillian journey? Idk but I'm glad I found this place. Lara was my esthetician and she was great. Explained everything and talked alot which kept my mind off of any pain I did feel (which was close to none!!!) The places that have always hurt me the most in my brazillian waxing experiences barely hurt at all. Usually I have to tell the girl ahead of time to count 1-2-3 then go and try not to cry and shake from pain the whole time. Lara just did her thing while we chilled and talked. You could tell she was confident and knew what she was doing. I read a few negative reviews and saying that the good reviews were fake or something. Blanca and Janeen are amazing ! The place is clean and cute and the girls do a great job at explaining everything and answering any questions. I have been 6 different times as I'm trying to be consistent... the only reason this is 4/5 stars is because Janeen was late to my first 3 appointments by like 10minutes each time. My appt was always for 10;30am which is when they open I believe. But she is great, I always love the outcome! Same goes for Blanca. I have always been happy with the outcome!!
