There was a long line and they ran out of receipt paper, so like the person in front of me I asked for a texted receipt to not slow things down. When I got home and checked, they didn't discount some of the end items which equated to around $15 that should have been discounted. Not sure if they are doing this on purpose, but my time and gas is worth more than it would take to go back and ask for that back. Just be aware and check your receipt before leaving.

You can stop by and pick up ordered items, but this is not a retail location. 8 hours round trip to have a guy tell me they aren't a retail store, just a warehouse ordering and order filling business. No customer service via email or phone, w/ a 15% chance of getting a response, and zero chance of getting all your questions answered. I ordered 11 rods within a year and sent 7 BACK AFTER WAITING 251 DAYS FOR DELIVERY ON SOME. No quality control, w/ blank defects that I would pass on at a garage sale price. They mounted a bent stripping guide on a fly rod to push it out the door after I was finally told 'guides are on order'. When I asked to return defective rods they accused me of trying to "scam" them by returning defective/damaged rods that I had purchased at 35%-65% so I could use 'Golden Tickets' that I had paid $200ea for (essentially more than the 65% off original price). Lots of "projection" from the EDGE CEO after years of shady dealing and outright lying. Pls read their website EULA and they tell you why no credits are issued for any reason for 60 days. (Credit Card charge backs). Still waiting on 2 fly rod tubes and socks that the CEO emailed "should be landing any day". That was June 2025. Fall of 2025 an employee finally returned a call and said 'we haven' t seen a fly rod tube here since 2022'.

Finally just gave up and asked they cancel the order As I have other work to do and don't intend to set up a PO box when I can spend $ elsewhere. Consistently poor experience at this store and have to wonder if anyone is home as customer service seems a very low priority. I came here looking for baby chicks for my mom. She couldn't find any near her, so I figured--why not check this place out? It's a cute spot and has everything you'd need to keep your animals happy--especially baby chicks! They had just gotten a new shipment with a variety of breeds. My mom chose the Jersey Giants and she's very happy with them. The place is clean and welcoming. Things were easy to find, and the prices were reasonable. There was one small oops at checkout--they accidentally rang up my chicks as an $89 bag. The cashier read the price and asked me to pay, but I pointed out that these were chicks, not a bag! She quickly corrected the mistake and apologized. So yes--double-check the labels and review your prices before paying! Plenty of parking spots, and they accept both cash and card. Overall, a fun place to look around!
