The attendant that helped me was so helpful, especially as I tried on the items before I bought them. He was very kind. You can stop by and pick up ordered items, but this is not a retail location. 8 hours round trip to have a guy tell me they aren't a retail store, just a warehouse ordering and order filling business. No, they just weren't going to honor the sale. The claim was they don't ship NF optics anymore. I'd believe it if every other store on the internet stopped selling NF optics, but it seems fanciful. Wasted my time. Regardless of their reasoning for denying the sale, post sale, they don't honor their agreements and when you are talking about purchases of that size -- that's about as low as it gets, in my book. Take your business elsewhere, would be my advice.

My mom chose the Jersey Giants and she's very happy with them. The place is clean and welcoming. Things were easy to find, and the prices were reasonable. There was one small oops at checkout--they accidentally rang up my chicks as an $89 bag. The cashier read the price and asked me to pay, but I pointed out that these were chicks, not a bag! She quickly corrected the mistake and apologized. So yes--double-check the labels and review your prices before paying! Plenty of parking spots, and they accept both cash and card. I'm a regular customer. I buy a lot from this store, and they can't exchange a shirt I bought to surprise my wife. And I rarely exchange or return anything. It's deserving of this rating. There just is no excuse.
