What should have been a straightforward request turned into weeks of unanswered questions and endless runaround. The building appears to be owned by an LLC, and the documents are signed by an attorney affiliated with Premier Law Group, which is directly associated with the medical practice. Despite numerous phone calls and attempts to obtain basic information, no one has been willing to provide clear answers or direct me to the appropriate party. I understand that accidents happen, but transparency and professionalism matter. Instead of receiving assistance, I have been repeatedly transferred, told someone would call me back, or otherwise given the runaround. The lack of communication and accountability has been very disappointing. If you are dealing with Premier Medical, be prepared for significant difficulty when trying to obtain information or resolve concerns outside of routine medical care.

I started going to Dr. Hicks last January (2019) for a rash that keeps returning. In checking the…read morevarious areas for the rash, he notice a spot on my nose that he didn't like. I had to use Flurosil for a few weeks on most of my face for several pre-cancerous areas and when I returned, the one bump had not changed. He did a punch biopsy and unfortunately, it was the same type of invasive cancer I had had 7 years previously. After discussing with my family, we decided to go to Moffitt Cancer Center for treatment. My outcome was good. I was to follow up with Dr, Hicks every 6 months for the rest of my life. Fast forward to my recent experience, this month, two more areas biopsied, another one on my face. Not the same kind of cancer but still, on my face. I have stopped by their satellite office (after speaking to the receptionist) to pick up a copy of my pathology report, they didn't have it there. Couldn't print it from there. I also had issues continuously with the receptionist speaking so low, even after me telling her several times I was SHI and could not hear her! I have called their office for the last three days and cannot reach anyone. I have left a message and yet no return call. I really liked Dr. Hicks but I cannot go to an office where the staff has no concern, doesn't do their job and I can't reach them!
