I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. My car was towed here on 6/8/26 with a dead battery that was still under warranty. I left with a…read moreused "good" battery not under warranty. I've had my 2017 Toyota Camry since 2018, and since that time, I've had the original Toyota battery and a Walmart battery that I installed myself in Nov 2023. Although my battery was dead, it was still under a 3-year warranty. My car would not crank on Sat, 6/6/26, so I had it towed on Mon morning, 6/8/26. The tow truck driver jumped the battery to drive it up on the tow bed but told me it would not crank again without another jump. I wanted to ensure it wasn't the alternator or starter, so I had him tow it anyway. Once at Midtown Tire, I was told I needed a new battery, and the price would be $240. I informed them that it was a Walmart battery still under warranty. They said they would jump the car so I could drive it to Walmart. Once at Walmart, I noticed the battery was now an AutoZone brand battery, not accepted at Walmart. I returned to Midtown Tire, and they were adamant that they did not change my battery. I then drove the car to AutoZone, and the battery tested "Good". Even though Autozone said it was their brand battery, I have no receipt for it. I know I had a Walmart battery because I have the Nov 2023 receipt, and I installed the battery myself! As Keith Sweat once said..."Something, Something JUST AIN'T RIGHT!" I feel they have stolen my chance to get a brand-new battery from Walmart. The only good thing is that they did not charge me for the services rendered supposedly totaling $47.38. Maybe that's the reason why! BEWARE! TAKE PHOTOS!
