They said that I did not read the descriptions and what is pictured is the large version and that I agreed to substitutions for the flowers. He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. He also said since I picked a cheaper version they had to use less novelty flowers to stay in the price point. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified. I chose the arrangement because it was unusual, whimsy and had a spring flare . You are better off to take your chances with an FTD arrangement.

I think some people come to the flower district expecting to get a steal. If you want cheap flowers, save that for Trader Joe's (my usual go to). Here, you get high-quality and hard to find flowers, not your run of the mill. Pricewise, the dahlias were $17.50 for five blooms. This was on par with pricing at other stores in the area. However, this location had by far the best selection. Probably at least 20 varieties and colors of dahlias alone. A couple days later I was shopping at the farmers market, and I saw what was probably the exact same Dahlia producer - a flower stand selling the same five paper wrapped blooms for $25. So this location will be a bit cheaper than what you'd find at a market or specialty flower shop outside of the district. Highly recommend this shop if you're visiting the flower district and wondering where to start.

Its a flower shop not a veterinarian.. you should know which flowers are good or not since you're the cat owner. Second reason is because of bs reviews about customer service. Both reviewers seemed to think they're the only people to exist and that the shop owner needs to bow before them.. Give me a break, they're a busy flower shop and they were helping other people... allowing you to look at the options until you come and tell them what you want. Two days later, we came to pick up the order and we were SHOCKED!!! The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help. My son and I were extremely disappointed, these were not inexpensive items and they treated us poorly. I would DISCOURAGE ANYONE from using this florist!
