Rodeo and Burbank Dry Cleaners are owned by the same guy. I was told all items are picked up by Zach and serviced at Rodeo, so beware--they may damage your clothes and claim you dropped it off that way. Really disappointing experience. They damaged three of my sweaters, two of which were very expensive, and then called me to yell and claim I dropped them off that way, which is absolutely not true. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner, Zach, was defensive and unprofessional. For reference, we spoke with Milt & Eddie's and they explained that if an item looks damaged before cleaning, the operator should call the customer before starting. That's basic professionalism. If you want your clothes treated with care and honesty, I'd recommend going somewhere else, like Milt & Eddie's. read more

Went very early in the morning before work, to meet with Zack. I had a nice dress that (I thought) needed alteration. Turns out when Zack had me try it on, he told me that it was absolutely fine as it was, and only needed to be dry cleaned to soften it. I was super happy! I walked into this establishment because of the raving reviews. Wrong!!! I brought in a brand new dress to have straps and under arms altered. He asked me how much and i showed him. He couldn't see the where the seems were and i had to show him few times. He finally sees it after he puts his glasses on. I tried to show him that there was a lining under the dress and he tells me that it is their business to know what to do. Okay, that's fine. Then begin to staple my dress: who does that!!!! I tell him that was too much of taking in then he decided to take the staples out but he is having a lot of trouble removing the staples and leaving a tears in my dress. I offered to help but he refuses. Then he tells me that he has never used a staple on clothes before. He insists on removing the staples himself when i clearly can see that his hand is shaking and not knowing what he is doing. Then he gets a plier to remove the staples!!!!! I am standing there trying so hard not to blow up on him since he is an old fellow. i kept telling him just let me have the dress back to keep from further damages. But he continue to insist and don't let go of the dress. Once it is was all out, i showed him the tears in the fabric and he tells me " after you wash, you can't see it". What???? no apologies or no remorse. And he still wanted me to leave the dress to be altered. But i took the dress and quickly walked out shaking my head. What a nightmare!!!! read more

I am used to paying a fortune for dry cleaning and getting sub-par service and excuses why something can't be done. Rodeo is the opposite...not only we're my shirts perfect, but an "unrepairable" suit got repaired, so perfectly that the man at the register could not tell where the repair was when I asked if it was repaired. It was a worn out elbow that frayed, he couldn't tell where the repair was...and they don't charge elite prices...if you live 40 miles away, it's worth the drive. read more

Decided to try this place. Brought new pants for hem adjustment. They were adjusted a bit too long so brought them back to get fixed. Mistakes happen so not a big deal. I tried them for owner who then went into a whole explanation as how they were actually not long. I ruined $1500 Vercase pleated skirt hand washing in cold water. I called several cleaners to see who can fix the pleats back. As soon as they heard word " pleated" the answer was sorry no can do. My last try before I completely give up was Rodeo Cleaners , after speaking with Zack he recommend me a specialist who fixes pleats. Thank you Zack for your help.
