They damaged three of my sweaters, two of which were very expensive, and then called me to yell and claim I dropped them off that way, which is absolutely not true. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner, Zach, was defensive and unprofessional. For reference, we spoke with Milt & Eddie's and they explained that if an item looks damaged before cleaning, the operator should call the customer before starting. That's basic professionalism. If you want your clothes treated with care and honesty, I'd recommend going somewhere else, like Milt & Eddie's.
